I honestly do no know!

Ana is very friendly. She has a beautiful apartment that was our place for 1 week. The apartment has large windows for an incredible see view. Everything you might need is there, even towels for the beach! If we go back to Estepona, we will be disappointed if we cannot stay in this apartment of which the energy felt so great. Una vez mas: gracias por todo, Ana!

Breathtaking seaview. Waking up and have seaview is fantastic! The balcony with loungeset is really comfortabel. Apartment is really clean, good kitchen equipment and last but not last the host is really friendly and helpfull!

This Appartement is very well situated with a 25min walking distance to the historic town and 10min to the very close harbour. Excellently equipped, a phantastic sea view, very charming and peaceful.

The complex layout did involve carrying suitcases up/down many starircases, but that was a one time exercise at either end of our stay (so bearable).

Great location, just outside the main area of Estepona Marina with super seafront view plus Gibraltar in the distance. Located in a pleasantly laid out complex.

There is no elevator, but this was an issue only to take up the luggage Extra towels & bedsheets would have been appreciated

The Apartment is very spacious and comfortable, the view is beautiful, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, there are a couple of chairs & umbrellas for the beach/pool. Ana the owner is a lovely lady, very helpful and easily reachable on whatsapp, she provided us with many restaurants recommendations and the supermarkets nearby. The location of the apartment is great, the access to the beach is very easy, only few steps away, there are 2 nice restaurants on the beach, the food was quite good, especially at Havana. The Apartment is near the Port, so there are many restaurants, cafes, bars there. The food at Dolce Vita restaurant was really good.

There were 61 steps from car park to the apartment and 81 steps from the apartment to the beach. There was no welcome pack with information about the apartment or area. No outside window in twin bedroom.

The views inside and out were amazing. The terrace had a good seating area with a wind-out blind and a great view of the beach. The apartment was comfortably furnished and kitchen was well-equipped. Ana stayed in contact with us and was happy to help with the luggage. It was a 15 minute walk into town but there was a great restaurant at the bottom of the apartments on the beach. It is a very pretty development, we would stay here again

Nothing to dislike other than a long walk to Estepona old city.

Super, quiet location just outside Estepona and frontline to a very nice beach. Safe and with own parking. Well equipped, clean and modern apartment. Ana gave us info where to eat and shop and was always there for us.

Beds were firm if you like a soft bed

The views as you walk into the apartment are stunning - right on the beach. The apartment is light & airy and very comfortable. It is set in a very pretty gated urbanisation and the gardens are gorgeous. The location is away from the main part of Estepona but we loved this. The port is about a 10 minute walk and the old town - which is lovely - about 25 minute walk. Lolailo's - a relaxed & friendly beach restaurant - is 2 minutes walk, just through the gate. We stayed during April so probably a bit quieter than high season. The host Ana is close by & available if you have any queries. She was very helpful and friendly. We did not hire a car but buses were very good - easy to get to Gibralter, Casares & Marbella by bus. Also Uber were very reasonable. 3 supermarkets within 10 minute walk. Enjoyed every minute of it and would definitely return.

Anna and her husband who owned the property greeted us on arrival (lovely people)at the apartment to show us around, I just can’t say enough how wonderful it is! Excellent furniture and soft furnishings of a high standard and absolutely spotless with a superb view out of the whole apartment with a wonderful spacious balcony. Nothing, was fantastic all round!

The location of the apartment was spectacular and the views were amazing. A very scenic apartment and very relaxing surroundings ideal for a chilled getaway.

Although you can never expect things to be like home, there were a few things that could make this a five star accommodation. First of all, more toiletries could be provided for a ten night stay; as well as more towels; and some cleaning products and laundry soap. Oven mitts would be welcomed and instructions on the use of equipment.

Location was very good. Easy to walk to town, to the boardwalk and to the marina with several restaurants. Hostess, Anna and property manager, Rodolfo, were very responsive to every request. Loved the minimalist decor as easy to keep tidy. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were spacious. Sofa and chairs also very comfortable. Lovely deck with shade or sun depending on your preference. Kitchen was well equipped. Enjoyable space.
