Staying here was top-notch. I've been globe-trotting for a while and haven't met such an awesome host in ages. Ana is incredible, really looked after us, super helpful. Our 6-month-old son caught his first infection and Ana was a huge help, pointed us where to get help. She's a fantastic lady. Her place is even better in person than in the pics. Gorgeous bedroom view, you wake up to the sea. Two big terraces with killer views. The apartment has everything you need and it's spotless; we didn't miss a thing. An amazing spot to relax. We'll for sure go back. The apartment is on the top floor - think it's the second (no elevator), but it wasn't an issue for us - even with a 6-month-old and a stroller, we enjoyed the walks - the apartment and the views make up for it. Totally recommend this place. Estepona itself is magical, and we've totally fallen for this little town.

Nothing at all, although as there is no lift and the apartment is on the top floor it probably wouldn't be suitable for anybody with mobility issues .

Exceptionally clean and modern with two balconies and uninterrupted view over the beach. Also to have such a view from the main bed was very special. The host Ana was first class in supplying local information and was easy to contact. The free parking was also welcome.

What an absolutely beautiful apartment. Fully air-conditioned, with everything you need for a short or long stay. We liked absolutely everything from the moment we arrived. Everything was perfect, including the owner. Ana was so helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. I can not recommend this apartment enough. I've already told Ana that we will be back. It's stunning, and the views and proximity to the local is amazing. Thank you Ana! 😊

located on 3rd floor with stairs where part of staircase belongs to flat & is directly connected to with no separating doors - might be an issue for families with very small kids - hard to secure.

if you look for Sea View flat very close to calm beach which is not located in crowdy center - it is location to be considered! Rooms are not very big, but you don’t want to sit inside - terraces are ok ;) Ana - owner - is very helpful.

We spent lovely Christmas here. Beautiful view of the sea from the appartment's terase. Nice walk along the sea. Welcoming and friendly lady.

Two large, beautiful tarraces with unique view. Right on a beach with very calm water - excellent for kids. Very comfy bed. Very nice and helpful host. Overall the apartment is much better than in the pictures.

apartment was well equiped so that we could prepare our meals. From the apartment( 3rd floor) & terraces we had beautiful views on the immaculate flowerful gardens all around as well as views on the sea with rock of Gibraltar on thd horizon and the bay of Estepona , & Bermeja beach. The Apartment was part of a beautiful, typically lovely Spanish construction /urbanisation. We had private & easy access to the beach and a large, well kept swimming pool. The apartment was nicely furnished, the bed was very comfortable, everything was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Although in the middle of the holiday period, we loved the piece & quiet of this urbanisation, with private parking. But most of all, we were astonished to encounter a super friendly and soo helpful lady Anna who was there for us and our problems, during our stay in her apartment....every small question was immediately taken care of.....As we had to deal with serious health problems, she did her utmost and even more to help us, and showed her interest and concern during the whole period(she and her husband were even there to help us bringing our luggage from and to the car!!!)

some parts need a little attention, but I would come back to this apartment any day, before going to a over rated expensive claustrophobic hotel, of which there are plenty.

The location is great, five minutes walk to the port and twenty minutes to town or just jump on the bus. The view is amazing. The apartment has two terrace’s overlooking the little bay straight down to Gibraltar. This apartment is not about luxury but that is not important when you have such an amazing terrace that has the sun from first light right through to sun set even in the winter. Ana was great, she kept in contact and sorted things for us when asked.
