Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Clean room, friendly staff, small issue I had with room was solved v quickly at reception. Room was comfy and was cleaned every day. Location of hotel is great.

United StatesThis is really a 3.5 star hotel, pushed higher by location to beach and convention center. It is very adequate for the business traveler, or the tourist on a budget who seeks to spend most of the day outside the hotel.
Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Property is well maintained, but somewhat remote from the major sites of interest in Barcelona. However, property is very close to convention center and the beach.

GreeceIt was a little expensive at around 600€ for two people and 4 nights but it seemed to be cheaper than the competition and better location-wise so it was overall worth it. There was an unpleasant smell of sewage whenever we exited the hotel but that was true all around the city as we found out later on.
Very nice beach side hotel with easy access to all of Barcelona's attractions by bike, which the hotel provided for a small fee of 15€/day, or on foot. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfy.

GermanyGreat location, just 2 min away from the beach. The staffs were nice and tried to help us anytime we asked for. You can borrow towels for the beach and give them back later without paying extra money (with deposit of course, you get the deposit money back after returning the towels and the bill they gave you). The staff who did our check-in was super friendly, he gave us some maps of Barcelona and marked every single must-visit place of the city. He even drawed on the map how we could get to the stations and which trains/metro/bus we should take. Kudos to him 🙌🏻❤️ After all it was a pleasant stay, would definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Barcelona one day ✨️
