The food included in the half-board option was acceptable, though it lacked the variety we experienced before 2019. The treatment of hotel staff by some guests was disrespectful, and it appeared that the staff did not receive the respect they deserved. A noticeable issue was the insufficient number of staff members. During breakfast and dinner, tables often remained unusable as the staff struggled to clear them promptly due to understaffing during peak times. Compared to our stays in 2013, 2014, and 2019, the animation team seemed less experienced and lacked a clear leader. Additionally, there were fewer activities for teenagers, with more focus on children under 12.

This is our fourth visit to Florida Park Santa Susanna, the last one being in 2019. While some aspects have improved, others require attention. Previously, dining outside required a premium, but now the outdoor area has been expanded. If space is available, guests can enjoy breakfast or dinner on the terrace, which we loved as it offers a more pleasant atmosphere with less noise compared to the canteen. Well done, Florida Park! The swimming pool, bedroom, and hotel areas are always very clean, with rooms consistently cleaned before noon - excellent service!

we asked for a double room, but the bed wasn't a double bed, but rather a twin bed put together, which isn't very comfortable. And also the food timings were bit tight and could be creative with more options.

Great place for holiday, brilliant location - close to the beach, nice pools and facilities and food was good as well.

All inclusive guests had to be served separately and felt a little like second class . Every thing else was very good . The hotel lost our booking , and we had to get booking .com involved , it was very stressful but sorted in a few hours ,,

The dinner was amazing! I believe the breakfast could have some more variety and perhaps extend the time until 10 am. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. .

I loved the stay in Alegria Florida Park Hotel. Reception staff was superb. The food court was excellent. I cannot ask more. The bar 🍸 service was super. The employees like Tony, Michel and Carlos provided excellent service. Rooms are okay. Value for money. Looking forward to come again .

I had booked full board stay for myself & 2 daughters- however the hotel had me down for half board only. The first evening I went for dinner, the female staff member at the door said I wasn't entitled to it. On showing her the confirmation email on my phone- she begrudgingly allowed me into the dining area & asked me to go to hotel reception after dinner to "sort it out". This I did & I forwarded my confirmation email from booking.com to hotel reception as they requested. However every evening I went for dinner, the same staff member at restaurant entrance told me she had me down for half board only, even though I told her I had gone to reception.. made me feel like a fraud! Very embarrassing in front a big que of residents behind me waiting to go in for dinner. We were unable to have dinner on day of check-in due to late arrival at airport so I had emailed to see if it was possible to get dinner on evening of checking out ( our flight not leaving till 23.25hrs) which the manager Monica agreed & confirmed by email. However that evening when we went for dinner, & handed in the dinner pass card which we got when checking out that morning, the same staff member as previous at restaurant door- shook her head & said "No no no... only lunch on day of check-out".... I left the card on counter & walked away with my 2 girls! That female staff member has definitely left a very poor impression on me. Such a shame because other staff were so friendly & helpful.

Lovely food, great variety. Very fresh & fab cooked variety. Lovely location, close to beach & shops. Also near train although we did not need to use it.

The room wasn't clean. There were lot of stains on the surfaces and lot of sand on the floor and dirtiness. The fridge had a lot of dirtiness around and there was a left bottle of water inside from someone else. The second day they did not change my towels and one of them had stains too not properly washed.

Very clean and comfortable rooms with balcony and pool/ocean view . Variety of items for breakfast buffet. Quick access /5 min walk to the beach . 15 min walk to train station for traveling to/from Barcelona or Girona or other places.

The fact that beverages like water were not included in the dinner, and there was no water dispenser like during breakfast. One free bottle would have been nice, or at least a water dispenser. No kettle in the room so no possibility to pour tea/coffee, and the information about the price of beverages was not clear. Walls very thin so we could hear everything happening in the other room

Amazing breakfast, comfy beds, staff always smiling and ready to help. Nice live music concerts at night.

Parking. You have to book in before you get access to the parking area but there is nowhere to park outside the hotel. Queuing. 5% Holiday waiting for lifts, 10% Holiday waiting for a drink from the bar (they never seem to have enough staff on), 5% Holiday waiting to get into restaurant. Bathroom. Some refurbishment is required in this area. The View. We paid for a mountain view, but got a view of the Hotel next door. Reception. One of the receptionists was quite rude to my wife when she asked about the parking. Pools. Nice but too small for the amount of people in the Hotel, very crowded. Smoking. People were Smoking everywhere even at the tables that had No Smoking stickers on them. There should be a designated Smoking Area away from the public areas. Animation Team. Not much going on there but the ladies were very nice. Kids Play Ground. Needs some serious improvement and bringing up to a good safety standard.

The Staff in the restaurant were great, the food was excellent with a great variety that we all liked. The rooms were comfortable and kept clean by some very nice ladies.

Need to book indoor pool, pay €10/head for use of the spa during a time slot. Could invest money on the gym as wasn’t kitted out well. double rooms looked small-no adjoining rooms for family’s. Missed a kettle in the room.

The staff were very helpful & friendly. The rooms were immaculate- family room was a nice size. Plenty of food choice-something for everyone. excellent spa-sauna/jacuzzi/steam. entertainment organisers were lovely.
