Air con did not work properly. We reported it and it was checked but it was still inadequate so we asked for a large fan which they supplied. Towels were hard/ rough and well used although a good size and plentiful. Only hard plastic seats on balcony so was not relaxing. Some properties had recliners and parasols.

Nasty sewer like smell in the toilet that emanated to the room. Noise from the scraping chairs from the upper floor occupants, you can hear the noise from upstairs down to the toilet flushing. The same meal choices for breakfast. Cups from the apartment were not washed properly and stained with fresh coffee residue.

Proximity to the beach, good food selection for lunch and dinner.

The staff at the reception when we arrived wasn’t too friendly. Other staff were friendly. The bed in the main bedroom was not a double bed, but two twin beds pushed together.

We loved the beach by the hotel, the pools and the view from our room. The apartment was very well equipped. Breakfast was good, but dinner was great! Parking was easy and free. The wifi worked well.

The door from the balcony out to the steps to exit was slightly broken and we had to be careful to make sure it closed properly when we were leaving

Really good size apartment and excellent facilities on the complex. Great value for the price and excellent location near Flamingo Beach with cafes/restaurants very close. No problem the 20mins walk along the promenade to the town centre.

A few of the staff in the restaurant were extremely rude. As I was half board, drinks were not included, that includes none alcoholic drinks. After almost finishing my meal I was thirsty so went for a water and a soft drink. One of the staff then approached me and was quite aggressive as she made a scene telling me I can't just walk up and help myself to drinks as I wasn't all inclusive. I explained I didn't know the system they operated but she continued to be aggressive in her manner. She was an older lady, who I believe was a supervisor as her attitude towards the other members of her team was appalling. This happened for 3 days from her, so I stopped drinking with my meal when she was around. I checked out of the Hotel a few days early for this reason and found another hotel and the Staff were amazing. I explained why I was checking out early to the reception staff and they weren't interested at all. I'm well travelled around the world and haven't been treated like that in 3rd world countries.

The room was well equipped and comfortable. The location is excellent for a family beach ⛱️. It is around a 10-minute walk to the shopping area of Playa Blanca, with the marina about 35 minutes walk. Very little information was offered about hotel after check in apart from a map.

I think the room could be a bit cleaner and the bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable. I was also missing a big clothes line to dry our clothes from the beach, there is one but it's very small and we are a family of four.

Two main reasons why I loved this hotel - the location and the food. The location is above a beautiful sandy beach with a nice walking area. Both breakfast and dinner were really really tasty and diverse. My kids also liked the kids animation in the evening.

Fabulous location and apartments were great. Had everything you needed. Breakfast buffet was amazing, as were the pool and beach.
