We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBreakfast service could be improved upon. I don’t think choices and variety are adequate enough for an hotel of such excellent standing and exceptionally high pricing. I also think breakfast staff should be trained to the same standard as dinner staff - each morning either the order wasn’t quite right, or we had to ask more than once for simple things such as still water or sugar for coffee. I know this sounds picky, but really these are basics!
The hotel is stunningly beautiful and the entire experience was very slick. Staff were eager to help and exceptionally well trained, in particular the dinner service staff in El Jardin. Nothing was too much trouble.

United KingdomSame Items on the menu were priced differently in their restaurants. Example a pasta dish was cheaper in Don Giovanni and the exact same dish was more at the beach club and the family pool bar
The staff were exceptional and the hotel its self was stunning. I have previously stayed in the 2nd best room with the pool and this time it was a suite and I was surprised how immaculate and well appointed it was. I loved how you could smell the jasmine and the roses wherever you went.

The Breakfast was excellent and very relaxing setting; we were not rushed and the Staff are so attentive. All restaurants are incredible and we have stayed at the property 4 times now. The room is spotless and well appointed; again the Staff are all highly enthusiastic and attentive yet friendly. The quality of the restaurants are one of the main reasons we return as is the standard of the Property; we also love the golf! special mention to Antonio the Wine sommelier and the reception staff.

United KingdomThe only one slight problem I had was there wasnt a convienient plug in the bedroom to charge a phone. I had to use a plug near the ground so my phone was on the floor. I mentioned this when checking out & they were appreciative of my comment.
Was very happy with our room style & had a terrace & a beautiful view of the mountains which change with the sunset & sunrise. The super king sized bed was superbly cofortable - the quality of the sheets & the soft pillows was top class. Our meal in Rei was excellent, we had the taster menu. All the staff through out were friendly & attentive. Loved having the very tasty breakfast on the terrace in November. NO self service - a treat ! Ye gardens & terrace is quite Romantic at night covered with lanterns. Very talented quartet playing before dinner was delighful. All in all it was a great birthday experience.
