Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainThe dinner was awful, need to change to chef, everyone in the restaurant was complaining. No drink/table service, waitresses need to stop talking and do their jobs. Very inexperienced staff, nobody in charge. No cleaners for more than one night, no towel replacement or bed making. Aircon was not switched on, which made it very hard to sleep with noise from outside, with window open. Didnt once see a car come from the underground parking, 15 euros a night is very expensive, should be included and get cars off the street. Would be a huge attraction for benidorm.
The beds, really comfy, room nice. Breakfast ok, staff pleasent, but not in restaurant.

United KingdomSome of the hot food during meal times weren't great. I no you can't please everyone all the time.but I there was only one night where there was chicken. The sausages and eggs in the morning was disappointing sadly. The food that I did eat was nice and made it worth my while going all inclusive. The desserts where lovely too.
Rooms are really nice, had a balcony and the shower was amazing. Fresh towels everyday. Pool is brilliant too. And the all inclusive was worth the money. Nice cocktails and Amstel beer on draught. The staff where really nice and helpful. Hotel was really quiet at night also.

SpainThe lifts could be a problem when very busy as they are slow and there are not many. Although signs around the pool say that you cannot reserve sunbeds and towels will be removed if beds are left for 1 hr. This is not the case and the staff do not dissuade guests from reserving a bed or remove towels as stated.
The room and beds were very comfortable. We had a room overlooking the swimming pool. The breakfasts were tasty and varied.

BelgiumThe bed mattress was a bit hard and the two single beds pushed together kept sliding apart. It would be nice to have a fridge in the room but for a 3 star hotel I was not expecting to have it. The breakfast doesn't have a big variety of food, from vegetables it was only warm tomato... and there was always a big line for drinks. Most of the time there were queues to the elevator.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel, it was incredible, starting with a very kind staff always with a smile on their face. The room overall was modern with a nice balcony including a table and two chairs. The bathroom was cozy with a shampoo/ shower gel, small chair and a bidet. Considering that this is a 3 star hotel we were surprised that there is a room cleaning everyday. The housekeeping team was always nice and ready to help. The breakfast itself was good and the eating area was huge, in the high season I can imagine that is very crowded and maybe making it not so comfortable. Everyday in the hotel there are various activities. The swimming pool looks great. The location was also good, close to big grocery shop, restaurants, shops and a beach.

United KingdomCould have done with tea / coffee making facilities in the room but we knew there weren’t any from hotel description. Could also do with fresh water as that’s only available at breakfast or it’s from a machine. Walls between rooms very thin.
Breakfast was very good something for everyone. We found the beds comfortable and the shower was good. Staff were friendly. Only a short walk to everything but hotel is far enough away to not have noises from the town.
