The only aspect of our stay that was disappointing involved an interaction with one lady of the reception staff. When we requested assistance in arranging a taxi to the airport, she mentioned that the hotel partners with a specific company (did not say which) but was unwilling to provide an estimated cost, citing variable distances. However, the distance to the airport is fixed, with the only variable being traffic—which was unlikely to be an issue around 8pm on a Sunday. Despite our efforts to obtain at least a ballpark figure for the fare, she remained unhelpful and did not offer any further assistance. We eventually booked the taxi ourselves through Booking. This experience was contrast to the helpfulness and kindness shown by the rest of the reception staff.

The location of the hotel is great, within walking distance to many of the attractions we wanted to visit. The room was clean with a big bathroom, the beds were comfy. Additionally, the breakfast offered was truly splendid, enhancing our overall experience.

A bit of walking distance to the metro. No flippers provided in the rooms. Water was not renewed after finishing the first complementary ones. Building in general shows start of aging. Gym is a little weak, below expectations. Beds are not that comfortable.

Spacious rooms. Hotel is located at a calm street. Matias at the reception was great help! Breakfast times were great. Having a gym is a plus.

No shuttle service from/to airport , no currency exchange services by hotel and hotel staff didnt allow to check-in untill full payment in euro, further they have no idea from where to exchange curency however i found luckily B-tex very good small shop nearby best rates, above all this they also need security deposit on arrival and city tax all in euros/card, after that they will not even offer single complimentary water bottle in room daily or fruit basket on arrival, its all paid, unlike other hotels.

Nothing, it met expectations.

The location was great for walking to the sights of Barcelona - both the Guadi architecture locations and the Gothic Quarter. The breakfast was a nice addition as it was a combination of a European and American breakfast with eggs as well as the more traditional European offerings like muesli, etc.

We had a room with no window and natural light. It's not pleasant. 3 months before visiting the hotel we requested rooms next to each other, but this wish was not accepted.

A very nice place to stay in Barcelona. This is the second time I am returning to this hotel. Very close to the central part of the city as well as to all attractions. Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast.

The lift is a llttle bit confused but at last we leraned to use it.And sometimes the cleaner couldnlt clean very well.

Not everything in breakfast was amazing, but you can always find something to eat, so it isn’t really a problem at all.

It is situated in a great place vís-a-vís both the Sagrada Familia and the marina (Barceloneta, the Gothic Quarter). The breakfasts were rich and quite tasty, we especially enjoyed coffee and fresh orange juice (as well as the ability to have champagne on New Year’s morning.
