It's a tiny and a bit worn-out room (we're staying in double). Questionably clean bathroom. The weather wasn't hot when we were staying and there were no warmer blankets in the room, so it was a bit cold to sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast - quite a big assortment. Good soundproof windows. Iron and a kettle in the room. Friendly personal.

The location was good- walking distance to Sagrada Familia and close to bus/metro stops. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not have the breakfast. Would stay here again.

There were a few small but annoying issues. 1) how our room is positioned the lights in the hallway kept coming on during the night as they were motion sensitive. Whilst we tried closing the curtains to not be disturbed they weren’t thick enough to stop it. 2) the toilet door never closed properly and was always slightly ajar. So using those facilities meant someone had to leave the room. 3) the AC never felt like it was cooling adequately. It was cooling but at the minimum effort. 4) the bathroom body wash dispenser never gave sufficient soap when pressed making bathing a little bit more tedious. 5) the cupboard door opened smoothly with on sliding door but the other had to always be given a good pushing to open.

Clean, had all the amenities I needed for my stay.

The walls were too thin. You can hear everything (EVERYTHING) , some people don't get annoy by something like this, but in my case I found very hard to sleep when hearing noises. Bed was very uncomfortable, too firm, my boyfriend found it good, he slept very well.

I liked the location and the personnel. One guy assured to my boyfriend when we requested a change of room late night.

Floor of room had gaps due to movement, small holes in chair fabric.

Welcoming staff ,clean and tidy open areas. Carlos was very helpful. gave good recommendations of places to eat . Good breakfast . Room was well insulated. Hotel is out with the main area but within walking distance, of the centre ,Sagrada familia close. Good local restaurants and transport links

The hotel offers a great breakfast selection and has a clean, neat ambiance. There are many restaurants and bakeries nearby. The rooms are spacious enough for 2-3 people, and the bathrooms are well-equipped. Overall, it was a great stay!

For my opinion, should be added some salads for the breakfast.

Location in the walking distance from the Sagrada Familia, Pl. Catalunya, and other interesting places. Around the hotel there are few supermarkets. Staffs resolved problems, in case of its appearance, quickly.

I would have gave a 5 star review. But I missed a day and a half of my stay and was never reimbursed for it. I had no control because of the flight. But checking in was weird because they charged all the tax for the time I was there when I was not there.

I liked breakfast buffet. It was nice having it right there. Many things to choose from.

Kristofer at the front desk was extremely helpful, storing our luggage, giving us advice about transportation options, and map/ direction. The breakfast and service helped us realize the value a bit better, considering the room rate was quite high

The cleaning staff did not refill our coffees, teas and milks every day, so we always have to call for room service to bring some up. With two people staying in a room, it would’ve been convenient to have enough coffee and tea and milk for two people every day.

Property was centrally located, felt very safe. Staff was friendly. Amenities were clean.

Mold in bathroom and on window in bedroom. Room could have been bigger for three beds as 3rd bed was right up against windows and could not open curtains properly.

Bathroom was not perfect clean , strange bed sheets - 2 sheets and blanket in the middle. I do not believe, that blanket is washed regularly. There is no bath stopper in the bath.

Very good location, 17 min by foot to Sagrada Família, 20 min to Cathedral, 2 metro stations nearby. Nice breakfast - fresh pressed orange juice.
