Great location. Beautifully decorated. The pool was fantastic and is a stone throw away from the beach! Lovely overall I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in the area

Nothing to mention other than the gym isn’t great but it didn’t affect my stay.

Very clean, friendly helpful staff, hotel is right on the beach, good amount of sun beds, lots of options at breakfast at dinner. Nice touches like being able to get a take away breakfast when checking out early. Rooms made up each day with more water provided. This hotel has all bases covered, can’t fault anything.

The pool area could be bigger, but it was manageable. We would suggest, if snack bar can offer the ice-cream , as it is a bit annoying to leave the pool area and go somewhere else for an ice-cream, in a such a hot weather :) Best regards to all the team. Jelena et Gabi (room 702) :)

Location is great! All staff was so helpful, and special thanx to Alex and Valentina, as they have responded to all our needs without delay. Thanx to housekeeping which was doing very detailed job, and thanx for a special surprise message on our bed, the last night at the hotel. :) Thanx to the restaurant team, the food was so delicious and with a lot of variety.

The staff at this resort were exceptional! Fantastic customer service! The hotel is clean and tidy all the time. It is right on the beach, and close to shops / restaurants and a few bars. Nothing we didn't like about the hotel. We would highly recommend it. Only down side for us was that there weren't may bars around with music / live music, but that is no fault of the hotels

There weren’t enough sunbeds/ parasol for everyone in the hotel. The cleaning of the room was quite poor (our water glass wasn’t changed not even once during 5 nights, for instance), and the toilet paper quality was very bad for a 4+ star hotel. The elevator is super tiny and slow.

Location was superb, sea view and extremely close to the beach. The room was comfy and had a nice view. The pool was very nice.

The only downside I felt was that the room was small and near the door, so you felt sometimes that the people outside in the corridor were in your room!You could hear everything.

The hotel was spotless, and the staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous, such as a range of foods and gluten-free. I would highly recommend this hotel for a lovely relaxing break. The added touch of Champagne 🍾 on arrival was nice. They have a spa, and the treatment were reasonable, but do book early!

If you come down late there isn't a lot of space to sunbath at the hotel as the loungers were all taken. But it wasn't the end of the world as the hotel is on the beach so you can just go there.

The lady on reception lara was amazing I was a solo traveller so was a little nervous she asked if I wanted a glass of champagne while I was checking in . And each day when she saw me she checked in on me and made sure I was OK. I sent them a message prior to my stay to say it was my birthday I was coming for and when I arrived they had upgraded my room to a sea view and on my birthday I came back to champagne a slice of cake and a little note. It was soo cute and made my day. Thank you i truly appreciated it.

I was disappointed with the food. Overall good but everything was salty, one dinner I picked some rice which was terrible bad , and very surprised that in a country were you can find so many fresh vegetables, the vegetables dishes wasn’t good.

The cleaning person (presumably) took one of my own towels by mistake, and I got lost in the depths of the washing processes, and it was not returned to me or compensated. A minor thing that disappointed me a bit. However, the cleaning service itself was very good, and the room was always clean and shiny. Also, the room doors were slamming a bit loud.

Well, I enjoyed every single moment there. The location, the resort vibe, relaxation, and nice live music in the evenings. Amazing big balconies with the sea view, comfy beds, clean and nice bathrooms. Spa and sauna were perfect addition. And of course, the wonderful and huge beach with a lot of space for everyone. Boat trips to beautiful Tossa de Mar are available nearby every day. Food, OMG the food was delicious, both breakfasts (pastry!) and dinners (meat and fish dishes!). Also, the hotel interiors look very fresh, and it was just good to spend some time (reading or watching football) in the air-conditioned reception area or near the bar. I wanna say special thanks to a very cheerful and positive staff working at the pool bar. At some point, I even stopped going somewhere else for lunch because it was just really relaxing and nice to stay within the hotel territory. Frappuccino was the main drink of my stay :)

The food was not as good as last stay. There did not appear to be as much choice and some of the dishes the meat was very tough. My husband and a number of other guests did complain the one evening how tough the beef had been cooked it was uneatable to many sadly. The toasters need to be sorted as they take way to long to do the toast so you have a queue and then the toast does not even do it properly you find yourself re doing it a couple of times. Just little thing but could be sorted better. Did feel that you need to expand your ice cream selection. A number of guests along side ourselves were disappointed by the limited choice. With regards to cleaning of rooms we did not have ours cleaned a couple of times because although we were out all morning when we had lunch and then wanted a nap in the afternoon the cleaners were just getting to our rooms about 3pm and for us that was too late

This year we actually had the sea view we had requested (previous year although we had ordered this we did not have it) and it made the room. It was wonderful to sit and listen and see the sea. Must admit loved the room this time. Mattresses are awesome on both our stays the beds were so comfortable so a big plus from us on this. Staff are awesome and so friendly
