Pool was cool, location a bit away from centre and no bar/cafe in the hotel but great spot across the road.

We've had ants in our room, all over, climbing on lockers and everywhere. We asked for another room and the problem was solved, as the staff was really friendly and they apologised about the inconvenience. . But apparently this is a challenge in Mallorca, as the ants like Mallorca and are in many hotels in El Arenal :))

Room was nice, comfy, breakfast delicious and very close to the beach and to the party area. But despite this, it was very quite, very well isolated rooms, you could not hear the noise from outside.

The nearest parking is a small walk away, unless you are very lucky with street parking. Not the most cozy hotel, but all facilities are working as they should and you will likely spend the day at the beach anyway.

Clean rooms, a large buffet that changes a bit every day, young but friendly staff. The pool area is nice and clean, although not that deep (1.5m). Free sunbeds and both shade and sun at the pool all day. The staff speaks Spanish, English, and German. The reception is manned all night (we arrived at 1 am and were received with a smile). Close to the beach! Simple check-in and check-out.

The only amenities in the room were a shower gel in a dispenser and two soap bars, so we had to go and buy some products. No bin in the room (only a small one in the toilet), and no mini fridge either.

Great location close to the bus stops and the arenal beach. All staff was super friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and spacious shower room. Great selection of food at breakfast. The swimming pool was really nice and the area always clean and tidy.

Really nice hotel with excellent diverse breakfast, with home-made cakes and fresh orange juice. A really nice beach, with palm trees is 10 min away. The staff is nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel if u want to stay in Arenal.

Breakfast was great but altough the food was exposed, one had to ask a lady precisely what he wanted from that "buffet". The swiming pool closed earlier and opened later than I needed for my late and early swims. Still too urban/citadine for someone seeking relax and nature.

A short distance from the nearest beach. The balcony from the room was great to catch a little view from the sea and the sunset (at least partially). Not very far from the airport (didnt hear airplanes)! A short distance (by car/bus) from Palma if you want to vist the city but not stay in the city!

There is no fridge in the room which is terrible! I would prefer to have a fridge to cool the beverages rather than the TV! The hotel is not providing free drinking water, the bathroom set of cosmetics is very limited.

The breakfast was ok - The cooked food wasn't tasty so ended up eating cheese and tomato sandwiches. I didn't like the area which seemed very downtrodden. Afterwards I realised the area is also a bit tacky due to type of tourism over the years. The restaurant across the road was really gross.

The beds were comfy and hotel was clean. I enjoyed the fresh smoothies and cakes at breakfast. The personnel in the kitchen were lovely.

S'Arenal doesn't seem like a great area though for staying long term. We only stayed a night as we landed very late at night and couldn't get a rental car

We only had one chair on our balcony so could have done with two. We didn’t end up spending much time out there. Would be nice to be able to log into Netflix (or other apps) on tv to watch in English but we didn’t end up needing that so very minor. Bigger towels would be nice but this is a problem I have everywhere, how small is the avg human being??

Clean and functional, room was comfortable and nicely laid out. The staff were friendly and reception 24/7 so helpful as our plane was delayed. Great location for the beach and restaurants but at the end of the action so quiet for a good nights sleep. (This was in May si might get rowdier later on in the season) Bus stop is so close for travel into palma old town and central bus station. Super close to airport but wee were never bothered by plane noise at all. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy, loads of options with specials every day. The kitchen clearly took pride in making it special
