No hot water for the duration of our stay.😡. Hairdressers on site, closed. Souvenir shop on site, closed. Bedrooms disappointment 😞. Lower floors of the hotel were 4 stars, bedrooms one star. We had a family room, that was split on 2 floors. Master bed upstairs in the smallest space. Bedside cabinets had to be put in side ways to fit. Therefore drawers couldn't be used. One single bed and one fold up bed in main room. So our children were by the main door to the room. So we switched and slept in the single beds and our children upstairs in the master bed. Would have been better for the 2 single beds upstairs and the master bed downstairs where there was sufficient space. Broken headboard. Broken shower parts, that were left in the bathroom, maybe from cleaner or previous guests. Not offered any compensation of any kind, due to no hot water. Could have been offered a free dinner, vouchers for hairdresser, partial refund offered, vouchers for another stay.. something, but nothing.😱. I appreciate something was broken and no guest could have used the hot water, but for a four star hotel, the situation was poorly managed.

Breakfast area, entrance hall, lounge and bar were excellent. All four star quality. Car park facilities. Staff were fantastic and attentive.

Pool not working.(no info durring booking). Weak/old hotel of 90-es, already 2 stars not 4. Bad wifi in room. Bad choice without car, Sevilla is in 20km.

The receptionist did not speak a word English. He gave us a different and way worse room than we booked. We had to sleep 3 persons in two beds. No drinking water available in the evening because bars and restaurants closed and no vending machines. It was 28C outside and the pool not prepared and empty. In the morning, when we complained about different rooms than we booked, we have been told that hotel will contact us to refund the difference in price. We contacted first and they asked for card details. We emailed the information 3 or 4 times and their response was that they did not receive the info they needed. Still not received the difference refund after a month. Avoid this place, extremely poor service!

The pool was empty. There was no mention of an empty pool at the time of booking. It’s one of the best selling points. it’s inadmissible.

there was no on site facilities for obtaining evening meals. We were told that the hotel was very busy with 3 separate groups that we could not have a meal the evening that we stayed. We were advised to go to a restaurant which is about a 20min walk from the hotel. Not good bearing in mind it was March and there was heavy rain and no good pavements to walk on. Very disappointed about no food facilities for us as we were not informed of this at booking stage. We have stayed at this hotel before and found it excellent especially the food. Not impressed this stay!!! Very poor for this reason only.

We are regular users of Booking.com and I think this is my first complaint. There was nothing wrong with the hotel itself only the service received. we are in our 70’s and after an 8 hour drive from the Costa Blanca we were glad to have arrived at the hotel. We booked in but when we tried to book a table in the restaurant for an evening meal we were informed that due to three large group bookings that would not be possible for either evening of our stay. By 8.30 it was raining hard and having searched Trip advisor we found most local restaurants were closed, we went to reception and were told even the bar would not open until earliest 9.30pm, if at all, so we could not be offered even a cup of coffee. There was no bar menu or room service. Eventually they opened the bar but we ended up with cheese and biscuits in our room brought from home. To add further annoyance the room above was occupied by teenagers from one of the ‘group bookings’ who partied the night away. For a so called 4 star rated hotel this cannot be good! We do understand that hotels need to recoup after all the problems of covid but this was unacceptable.
