Good location not far from down town and Aljafaria palace. A nearby bus stop will take you to the downtown. And a ten minutes walk will take you to the 11th century Arab palace: a marvelous gem of Andalucian architecture..

The air conditioner was making a noise that made our first night very uncomfortable to sleep.

1. The hotel changed location, but the old location still says 'hotel' and no clear directions are indicated to the new location. This caused me quite some stress. 2. I asked for a quiet room, not on street side. I got a room with two busy roads within 100 m of my window. 3. Given 2, it is understandable that windows can not be opened. But I do not like this kind of imprisonment. 4. The breakfast is very good, except for the 'cafe americano'. Suggest a double expresso instead.

For me location (at the train station) was excellent. Staff was friendly, room was clean, an overall good breakfast.

1. Hotel being above Zaragoza Train Station makes it convenient for us as we arrived by train from Barcelona-Sants and the next day, we are picking our car rental at Zaragoza station. 2. To get to the town centre, there’s bus 24 right at the station. Super convenient.

a business hotel, without iron board, no shoe cleaning seems strange, now I think it was more due to shortage of staff than anything else. if you looking for a hotel in city centre this is not it. But its great for coming in with the train, get to your room and rest, same when leaving.

Good location next to train station (but further from city centre), but its what we were looking for this time. Large rooms all correct. Staff friendly but maybe understaffed, there was decent queue at check-in/check-out, I called reception for getting an iron board and it took 10 min just to pick up (and in the end they didnt have the iron board, which sounded more like I dont have time to get it). But they were very friendly and helpful of where to go and how to get around in the city.

Good quality guest rooms with a very spacious toilet. Great breakfast. The location of the hotel is very good for those transiting between Madrid and Barcelona to visit places in Aragon, Spain. Staff were helpful in guiding us on how to get to the old district of Zaragoza the easiest way.

The fridge in the room could have been colder.

I expected a normal room but it was more like an apartment - very large! I know Zaragoza well and I like walking so for me the location is great. (Some I guess would say it`s a bit far from the city center.) For me it was better to put my things away in the room quickly and not needing a taxi to get to a hotel. I was travelling by train on this trip. The hotel is part of the large station building, but you don`t notice the traffic. The price was lower than what I paid for smaller rooms in Madrid and Barcelona. Great value for money.

The hotel is close to the train station and very convenience. The family hotel room is very big, clean and comfortable. The price is value for money. We enjoy the stay in the hotel. Highly recommend for people come to travel.

Location is 20-25 minutes by bus from the center, it was not a surprise of course, I knew it in advance, so not really a minus. Buses are coming every 7 min and cost ~ € 1.80 / person.

Very nice facilities, very comfortable, good value for the money. Recommended for short stays followed by transfers through train or plane. Taxi cost till airport is € 20.

There is not a coffee maker in the room or air conditioning. We had to leave the window open at night and freeway runs next to the window. It was very loud and still hot. The coffee bar located in the lobby was empty and not in service.

Excellent location, we literally got off the train and walked about 50mtrs to the hotel. Huge room with a large window admittedly looking over the carport and highway but then though to the mountains in the background. The bus into town was outside the front door, if we had realised earlier we would have stayed a couple more nights as a base and maybe taken the train into Madrid.

There was no overhead light in the room so the room was rather dark. It was difficult to get out of the bath due to the fixed shower screen at the side of the bath.

The hotel is at the side of the station so perfect for us as we arrived late and had three days out be train. The hotel was very quiet. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very big. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly. There are buses from the station to the centre of town or it is a twenty minute walk.

Fanastic value for money when travelling with kids. We got interconnecting rooms making our stay very comfortable and fun for the kids. Easy to get the bus into the center of Zaragoza where there was lots to see and amazing tapas to enjoy.

Restaurant was closed except for breakfast. Only train station eateries were available. Room was well worn and overpriced. Hotel was full of students so was noisy at times. Refrigerator cabinet door needs maintenance. Bathroom trash can was broken. Overall room cleanliness needs to improve.

Immediate access to train station. Easy to turn in rental car. Desk personnel were helpful. Enjoyed our evening and day in Zaragoza.

I was pleased with everything, except I couldn’t find a clean table for breakfast and had to scavenge a plate and cup as staff were so busy

Fantastic location directly in the train station so catching my train the following morning was stress free. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I appreciated the kettle in my room after a long journey. The room was very quiet and had a lovely bathroom with zero waste products. A great breakfast too.
