The Spa is nothing special - just a very chlorinated pool / jacuzzi and a wet steam room - the dry steam room was also not working. They ask you to pay for a swimming cap that is mandatory to use the pool which seems a bit silly.

Everything was perfect. The nicest hotel we've ever stayed in. Want to live there. Staff were just so human, and wonderful and helpful. Spectacular views. Oh, and the hot tub :)

Long walk to room and a 2miles out of town so needed taxis to get in and out and taxis not easy to find

The room was well situated and had every commodity needed. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was very convenient and the hotel bar had a very spacious lobby for hanging out. It made our stay very enjoyable and welcoming.

Location was out of the way, there was a bus that ran all the way to Sitges however if your staying in Sitges after 8pm then it’s a taxi back or a 50 minute walk. Pools opened late and closed early and no access to outdoor pools in the week at the moment which was a shame.

We had a lovely stay, rooms where clean and very comfortable with a great view. The staff were really helpful and friendly, will definitely return!

Menu in the restaurant was the same every day and the pool was only open on the weekends which seemed like a waste given the great weather.

A little disappointed swimming pools were closed but the spa pool made up for it. Hotel was not able to meet the request for twin bedded room but quite full with a conference so not a problem

Small detail: the distance of my room from the main facilities (restaurant, bar, etc.)

Breakfast with plaint of options, good and fresh products. We were there for business, but I can tell that it's an option to consider if you are in a family trip. The restaurant has a superb menu, very European combinations that are good for adults but few obvious options for kids. "Service" is 10/10, "Installations" is 10/10, "View" is 10/10.

We went in spring with the kids, we wanted to go to the indoor pool but the hours for kids was from 14:00 to 17:00 which I see un convenient! There was no shuttles to take us to the center although it was carnaval

The room was gorgeous and extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the balcony! The staff were absolutely amazing and nothing was too big an ask. I really enjoyed the different dining area and the food was delicious.

I was not too impressed with the food...but for Spain, not too bad. It is also too far from Barcelona; we took a taxi to the train station and then one hour to get to Barcelona. If you are on vacation and want to enjoy the area, maybe staying closer to the big city would be recommended.
