The staff working in the hotel is extremely friendly, especially in front of the house. The hotel itself has a great location, just a 2 min walk to the beach.

The food buffet was a good selection but could be slightly higher quality…the chips weren’t very crispy for example and a bit soggy.

Really good location, splash pool facilities were perfect for our 6year old and 2 year old.

Absolutely nothing to fault.

The activities for the kids were great, The kids loved it at the hotel. The food was decent and the staff were very friendly. The kids loved the arcade outside and it's a 2 minute walk to the beach using the steps under the train track when you take a left as you leave the hotel. The market was great also which is under 10 mins.

We arrived late evening 11pm and the night porter/receptionist found it difficult to book us in although I had booked in on line two days earlier.

The staffs are excellently and exceptionally cheerful, friendly and helpful, especially Sandra (At the reception), Alba and mamayero (in the restaurant/kitchen).

The location of the hotel is centralised,everything is reachable. The breakfast isn't with a lot of varieties compared to other hotels I've stayed in Spain. You can only have proper orange juice is only available on Sunday.

Nothing to say about the property. Only negative note was the town itself which was not very exciting. It was lacking a vibrant historical centre (apart from one nice church). The sea has potential but the day we went was dirty with things like tissues and peaces of plastic bags. Quite a shame, but of course not a responsibility of the hotel

The Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms big and bright with lovely balconies. Food was of consistent quality. Personnel very friendly and helpful. They even organised a show for children in the night. The hotel was also close to one access to the beach. So overall all very good.

The staff is incredibly friendly, from the cleaning lady to reception and rest of staff. They made us feel welcomed. The hotel manager sometimes gave us a few drink and food vouchers to redeem at the bar. We stayed in a room facing the beach of Malgrat, the view was amazing. The pools were great. Our kid loved the kids pool with the sliders. There was freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast!

Rooms too small for 2 kids and 2 adults. Queue for coffee in the mornings need to invest in more machines.
