The rooms could definitely use some refreshing - they are OK, but not very modern. There are no pillows! The thing they call a pillow is non-existent. The rooms are not really sound-proof, so ask for a room away from the elevators - especially because the sleeping area of the room is right by the entrance door. The TV is miniscule in size.

Good location, albeit at a distance from the beach. Decent food selection. Limited parking available (free). Gym, spa.

Alot of the staff were extremely rude. The entertainment at night seemed to cater mostly to the older generation Kids club did not really cater for older kids.

The food was great with a super selection. The spa facilities were excellent and loved that the kids could enjoy it in the morning The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great outside

Quality and range of the food in the restaurant. Limited choices for vegetarians in the evening. My partner has a garlic allergy. He was told which limited foods did not contain garlic but no offer made to make him the same food without garlic as has happened elsewhere

The only two things that doesn’t give it a 10 is the food was good but it was all pro cooked so the veggies were soggy and the fresh food was a little lacking. I had hoped there would be more fresh salad. And the entertainment was mediocre. The karaoke type background music to the singers was tiring after a while.

We loved the property. We chose the Bull because of kid club reviews. The spa for the kids between 10-12 was excellent. And then for adults the rest of the day. Our room was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. All the ice cream they could eat and fast service without huge queues for drinks etc. for a week away we thought it was great value for money.

Would have liked small addition of fruit compôte for breakfast ie littlte jars of fruit with yoghurt snd granola on top.

Room had pool garden view. Great location for local buses. Food, especially the China man's was delicious! Entertainment in the garden every night by professional singers and musicians with optional dancing.

The food could really use an upgrade, especially the dinner. If the hotel were less expensive, I would understand, but the fact is that it's on the expensive side and the value for money just isn't there. I don't know, maybe the head chef was on vacation when we were there...

The hotel is nice and spacious. The indoor pool and the SPA are really great, especially when visiting in February. The staff is quite nice and friendly. The clean EVERYTHING each morning.

The staff were very unhappy. Nobody was smiling which i found really sad. I partly understood why cause the customers were awful at times, leaving a terrible mess when getting food or using facilities. There were a lot of people. It is a place without a soul, accommodating the masses. Beds are uncomfortable with tiny pillows. There is no complimentary tray in the room, no kettle, tea, coffee, something I personally consider a must. Wellness centre could only be used by children uner 16 between 10am and 12pm. After that time, 16+ only. For us it was a nightmare. Our daughter is 13 and we had to be there in the morning with very small kids and babies screaming, as she was not allowed to enter after 12pm. You need to rent towels if you dont have your own. 15e each, paid in cash so be prepared and have some cash with u. Same with an iron e.g, 20e deposit, cash only.

Everything is available on site. Wellness centre, swimming pool, bars. The pool is big. The water is Feb is quite cold so not many people get in which is a plus :) The food in the restaurant is very good. The drinks are cheap. Small beer €1.50, food u need to pay for very affordable. There are activities for kids, 2 small pools, a playground and mini golf. Theoretically, you dont need to leave the hotel. You can just relax and enjoy the sun. We went in Feb and we had 28 degrees every day. The rooms: good size, spacious and clean. The wellness centre is great with 2 pools (not suitable for swimming) with various types of hydromassages, sauna and "dead sea" pool. For the price we paid, it was grand.

Sound insulation is very bad. Poor and cheap selection of drinks (all inclusive).

Buffet on the whole was good sometimes the food was lukewarm and bit cool. The water for the tea was hot not boiling so didnt enjoy a cup of tea in the Hotel.

The hotel was lovely great facilities. The rooms were very comfortable and everything you need. Very good location and central to most things.

Entertainment rather for older people, distasteful drinks

We stayed here a week over New Year. I booked lower floor room, we got upgrade to 7th floor room with lovely view without extra payment. Gala dinner was amazing. Generally lots of good food. Hotel lovely and clean, rooms were cleaned daily, staff all friendly and helpful. Amazing spa.

Check in procedure was a bit abrupt. Probably down to one private individual. Not a big deal. All other interactions with staff were perfect.

No or bad sound insulation so we could hear everything from the hall way and the room next door. One of the elevators was not working so the other were very crowded so sometimes we had to wait a long long time to get to the ground floor. Food varied from good to very bad. Lunch was not very varied and mostly not very good. Not enough parking spaces in the hotel parking so if you arrive late in the evening you might have to park out by the main road - it is free dough.

Very very friendly and helpfull staff. Especially the girls at the pool bar Iris and her friend. You get the best possible treatment as a guest. Pools and animation are good. View from the room was nice. Room was very clean as well.

More single rooms needed! I really wanted to stay in the same hotel as my friends so I paid for a double room with half board for 2 adults as the only option available. I do feel however I received value for my money as the hotel is great.

Well the hotel is a gift that keeps on giving. 😀 Was very pleasantly surprised to find all of the things included; free shuttle to Maspalomas beach (I thought it was Playa del ingles), great food choices, cava at breakfast, good entertainment - shout out to the dancers for the Saudade de Brasil - especially on that little stage and the spa was fab.

The food was very poor and not very hot, The coffee machines in restaurant kept breaking down. The size of tv in our room waS VERY SMALL and very few english channels, Lifts kept breaking down or out of order so long queues

The area around is not very nice and you cant walk to the beach but inside the hotel there is plenty to do and there is also a car renting place right there so we got a car for 1 day and saw nicer areas of the island. also there is no shuttle to the airport, there are public busses but you need to be early since they run not that often and might be full, and taxis are very expensive.

Big room with a nice view, the outdoor space was really great and a lot of activities. Good pool area and bars. The food had a big variety and the staff was nice. I liked the shuttle to the beach also.

We still dislike the towel reservation of sunbeds - we observed many beds being reserved and never used. Very frustrating for those who truly want to use them. We also prefered waiter/waitress service in pool bar previously - we had to queue at bar for drinks (Just personal preference tbh).

We have stayed here on many occasions before and it was a while since we had been. There have been many improvements - mainly Restaurant refit and reception area refit. It is obvious this is an ongoing process with some of the floors being uprated and the spa is currently under refurb. Looking forward to coming back to see what more they have done. We also liked that spa facilities have child limitations and that smoking areas are now designated and not just anywhere.
