The flat was not the one that was described in the original Booking post. This flat is one of many operated by a company. The biggest problem however is communication with the management company. They asked for a deposit but then never sent a method to pay. When we requested to pay for an additional guest, we were given a range of excuses all of which were false.

The flat was in a great location and very well equipped. It was very quiet and clean. It was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen.and useful extras such as ironing board, coffee maker and dishwasher.

The refrigerator did not work. We had over 80€ of food with us most of which spoiled. We reported the fridge and a repair man was sent but the fridge still didn’t work. On our last full day a new fridge was installed. Which could not be used for 12hours.

Only thing was which didn't bother much was the plumbing was a bit noisy not from our apartment but others.

The apartment was in an excellent location, only 5 minutes walk from beach and the city old town was only about 15 minutes away. There were lots of bars and restaurants .

It's mean on consumables such as toilet roll and dishwasher tabs; a small but annoying thing. There's no kitchen roll. The provided shampoo and shower gel is minuscule, token only. There are no useful power sockets close to either the sofa or the table, in other words where you need them. Bring extension leads, at least 3 metres! Lighting throughout could be a little brighter. There's some noise in the bedroom at night, surprising for the tenth floor until I raalised the building is adjacent to a nightclub (no problem in terms of anything else). That said, a pair of esrplugs solved the problem.

This is a beautiful flat which has gorgeous and extensive views, across to the cathedral and over to the sea. It's extremely well situated, close to everything you would want, and a couple of minutes' walk to several small supermarkets. It's very clean and comfy. The building it's in is well kept and feels safe. A lift takes you to the 9th floor, and then there's a short couple of flights to the door. Everyone who lives in the bulding seems friendly. The hosting company was helpful, pleasant and efficient. Check-in is about a 5-minute walk away in another bulding. I've stayed here before, and I'd always try to stay here again.

The check-in via phone number is needlessly complicated and annoying. In addition, being asked for a deposit via phone and a random link is also incredibly doggy and does not foster any trust.

The plug in the bathroom basin did not work. Hot water was slow to heat up resulting in water wastage, not a good idea in an area such as southern Spain.

Quiet location on the edge of main tourist area. Multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed during the Holy Week and the location of the apartment, in the old part of the city, meant that the parade passed close by. The first night, there was loud talking and drum banging that went on in waves throughout the night and we slept poorly. The central location meant that people were nearby and the narrow Calles meant that noises of people talking, shouting, laughing carried clearly up to the apartment.

I was given an explanation of key handover but we arrived early and had to wait for the codes to be shared with us. It wasn't a problem other than we were tired and wanted to find the apartment. When we got to the apartment the front door key worked but the key to the apartment required some trial and error to work out how many turns were required to open the door.

There are clubs beneath and next to the apartment and a youth hostel in front of the apartment. This all caused a lot of noise at night.

The decoration of the apartment was very nice, and it was clean, the location is in the heart of Malaga city center.

There wasn't much not to like. I think instructions on how to enter the flat could have been clearer.

The flat was very clean and well equipped. It was within easy walking distance of all the sights, cafes, bars and supermarkets. There was no noise from traffic and the neighbours were all very quiet.

A very nice apartment fully equipped with dishes, plates, glasses and oven and microwave. With a nice big terrace and splendid view of the Malaga skyline and rooftops. 5min walk to centre of Malaga. And a big supermarket just 3 min walk away. Would definitely recommend!
