the loud music from the bar. it obliterated the sound of the waves. didn't appreciate the exterior lights going on at 6am. and the restaurant needs too be able to accommodate more guests.

This hotel is designed to the comfort of the traveller. The balcony provides privacy from neighbours. The bed is comfortable providing a sound sleep. The area is quiet at night, so no noise disturbance. The breakfast buffet scores top marks everything is available. The grounds have relaxing chairs and beds to wind down from the usual stresses of modern life.

Only a very minor thing, tea and coffee facilities at breakfast were quite slow. Coffee stations would work better if plumbed in.

Estimar Marina Farnals is a fabulous hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasent. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Every year we take a 5 day break as a group of old friends, trying new places each year. We have re booked Estimar Marina for next year as we all decided it would be very difficult to find somewhere better! Location beside the beach is fantastic.

Some lack of experience on the staff team. Swimming pool water super cold We got refused to attend dinner one night because the staff was overwhelmed, we offer to wait but a young girl told us that they couldn’t accommodate us. There is nothing around the hotel to dine, this was disappointing

The room itself was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. I loved the comfortable bed and cozy bedding, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The on-site restaurant provided delicious meals, and I especially appreciated the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh options. What truly stood out was the staff's commitment to ensuring that every guest felt welcome and valued. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries and offered great local recommendations, making my stay even more enjoyable. Notably, Ampara was incredibly helpful upon our arrival as well as helping us find a suitable restaurant. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, either! The hotel is conveniently situated near popular attractions, yet it felt like a calm oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, my experience at Paradise Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with fantastic service and amenities!

Excellent hotel, that's the rare case when expectations (pretty high, haha) meet reality! The room was stylish, fresh and clean, breakfasts and dinners were great, with a good variety of food. Exceptionally comfy bed, I'd stay in it forever🙈 Also, the tiny things like pillow spray, foot cream, beach bag and straw hat made my stay even more comfortable. The body care products (lotion, shampoo and body wash) had a decent quality, I didn't even use mine. If the sunbeds near the pool are fully booked, you can take an umbrella at reception, and go to the beach across the road😎

Breakfast service was very poor, no glasses for juice, no mugs for coffee and overall staff very rude. Dinner was another story. If you did not book for dinner you were not allowed to eat in the restaurant. Really need to train staff on better customer service

The breakfast is a bit manic but the omlette guy was lovely! Also when we reserved the restaurant apparently we were supposed to specify that we wanted to eat from the menu or buffet. We were charged the price of the buffet, despite ordering from what we understood to be the menu... We did bring this up with the waitress (who was also lovely) but she didnt know how to change it on the system and offered us drinks for another day, but it didn’t happen. Anyways, the communication seems unclear, when this was brought up with reception, it seems to be the guests issue rather than things they could learn to change or adapt... for example, double check the reservation type on arrival...

The location was fab, room was lovely overlooking the pool with sea view and very comfortable. We really appreciated the control over the sunbeds as unfortunately, some guests would leave their towels and leave to go the beach, so it was nice that the life guards also helped control this.

The 20 minute rule is not enforced by the pool, we were here a whole week and not once got to sit on a lounger. When you let cleaning staff in they just replenished towels and made bed, didn't sweep out the floor, not major but just a pain when you have brought sand up from the beach. The majority of staff were friendly but much training is needed to have better attentiveness. One staff member Jessica can only be described as rude, on more than one occasion. We came in for a drink one afternoon after being at the beach, I asked could we get drinks, she just said one word "terrace" so out we went to the terrace and sat there for 20 mins, she didn't take our order, when we were leaving she turned her head and walked the other way, she was not friendly or helpful, well not to us, she engaged quite well with Spanish speakers. We unfortunately do not speak Spanish but we did try by saying hola and gracias, they are the only words we know. She never once smiled while interacting with us, was quite cold, which is a shame because there are many staff members there who are friendly and seem happy to be there. Better organisation is needed around the breakfast buffet but the choices were good. The hotel has the potential to be top class with more staff training. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Really comfortable bed. Gorgeous beach directly outside the hotel. Good breakfast variety, greeted by Amy most mornings, she was very friendly. Rooftop bar was fantastic, great service from Sebas.

There are too many guests for the number of sun beds/outside space available. Every day a rather tense start, unless you are happy to find a spot on the grass. The beach is nice and well groomed, but has no formal sun beds/sunshades available. Bedrooms very pleasant but on the small side with limited storage.

Good location on the beach. Brand new hotel, lovely staff, very good food. Excellent room aircon.
