There is nothing to dislike

The size and cleanliness of the apartment was amazing going the extra mile from meeting us and explaining everything to providing washer and dishwasher tablets toiletries and coffee pods and sugar as well as supplies in the cupboards the view from the balcony of the marina is fantastic there are 3 supermarkets close by and shops cafes and restaurants it is close to everything communicating with our hosts was easy from start to finish a perfect holiday thankyou

Car parking is limited and awkward to park in, we always found a spot but saw others who were not so lucky! The pools are quite small and fairly shallow, one was dominated by splashy kids and the other was more for adults. Small number of sunbeds surround them. We spent most of our time at the lovely beach using the sun chair, beach towels and parasol in the apartment. The apartment is on the 5th floor and the lifts are small, two people is a squeeze, my husband doesn’t like lifts so he took the stairs every day

The apartment had everything we needed for our holiday and was very clean and comfortable. Some useful groceries in the cupboard and a supermarket across the road.

The harbour area was generally quiet, not as much activity as we remember from the past. Much of the night life was in the old city.

We loved sitting on the balcony drinking wine, reading books and listening to the chatter in the harbour. The pool was excellent and not crowded at all.

Car parking is a bit tight but public car parking available close by also.

The location of this apartment is amazing. So close to the marina, 3 supermarkets on the doorstep. Excellent restaurants close by and private parking. The apartment is very clean and modern and the hosts were very welcoming and generous. Great comms throughout 👏 👍

Very welcoming hosts who were happy to meet us at a different time than originally arranged due to flight changes. Welcome pack of wine ,water and biscuits. Apartment had everything for a long or short stay and immaculate. Lovely touches such as coffee mc with coffee pods ,biscuits and all bathroom shower gels shampoos etc available . Apt has lovely views of marina and private parking . About 20 min walk into old town of estepona along promenade /side streets.estepona marina has good selection of restaurants and bars and lively Sunday Market.

The only negative I would have was that there was no umbrellas for shade down at the pool.

Lovely clean apartment with everything needed for a self catering stay. Very helpful hosts. Great location. Lovely view of the marina from the balcony. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes all on your doorstep. I would have no problem recommending this property or location.

Parking can be tight but ample free public parking nearby

The location very close to The Marina and easy access to very good restaurants and bars. Only a pleasant 30 minute walk into Estepona Old Town. The apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard with everything required for a stay. Has great views over The Marina and mountains inland from Estepona. Terrace is ideal place to eat, drink or just enjoy the view. Partly enclosed by patio door which open onto a small balcony. Swimming pool on site. Secure car parking on site. Hosts very welcoming and helpful.

Couple of little things, a Toaster would have been welcoming, the Kettle needs de-scaling and the Bathroom door needs attention, sticking whilst trying to close.

Lovely apartment, modern and spacious, beds very comfortable, heating system good, lots of hot water for nice bath. Nice lot of toiletries provided and nice touch with the fresh flowers in the Lounge and Bedroom. 💐💐

perfect in every way

The property was very spacious, clean had everything we needed for our stay and the owners were very polite accommodating and friendly, only one phone call away if needed any information. it is in the perfect location to the harbour and beautiful beaches and a 15 min walk to the beautiful old town! along the promenade.
