We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe service and the people are definitely not the most helpful. We arrived very late from a long trip and jet llagged and the only thing we wanted was to go and get some rest and the host didn't let us to our room until he could sort an issue with the card machine to pay 13 euros for the city tax. The next morning of course we were late and jet lagged and missed the breakfast and they said it was ok they could send us some coffee, to which they still charged us. Charging is fine but they communicated it as if they were doing something nice for us. When we left no one offered help with out bags and we had to stay at the restaurant doing some emails and no one gave us any service. To be honest my comments are objectively not serious at all, however for this price tag we would have expected quality service.
The property is very pretty and very conveniently located near town with great views.

United KingdomF&b Service is provided by the restaurant so can take a bit of time sometimes. Check out at 11am is early, would rather they moved back to 12pm.
Close to town and the salinas, but in a beautiful property with great views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very popular so it’s a great place for dinner and drinks. Highly recommend.

Pool area, quiet rooms away from the restaurant. Big comfy beds, air con room with fridge / mini bar. Radios with Bluetooth speaker in rooms. Great products (no need to pack shampoo/conditioner) but the biggest draw is the food and drink - some of the best on the island! Cocktails amazing. Breakfast amazing. Steak and sides amazing.

IrelandEven the location was good, the access going through industrial state is not ideal. I know the hotel is trying to solve and that would be great. Food quality is great but a broader range would be ideal.
Loved the atmosphere and decoration. Staff was superb and food was delicious (see note below for improvement).
