We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel is a 15 min walk from most restaurants if you’re not an all inclusive guest. Not much info at reception about eating out.
Beautiful hotel, relaxing and stylish. Reception staff were helpful and quick to respond when our shower broke. The entertainment at the hotel was very good and the staff member that stands out and that made us all feel so welcome was Dan. He is a real gem, easy to talk to and made us feel like valued guests

We've always avoided hotels not so distant from airports, but this Elba was a nice exception. We truly consider coming back. Nice rooms, clean facilities, fresh food. They have a nice small beach perfect for kids. The buffet is good if included in your package. Otherwise, i find it a bit overpriced if paid as additional..

Wide choice of breakfast and lunch. You can choose where you want to sunbathe - by the pool on the beach. Separate pool for children. You can walk or run along the promenade. Shopping centers and restaurants are nearby.

United Kingdomtowels looking a little tired with holes in… and staff couldn’t cope with volume around pool during the day with reference too drinks… I’ve stayed at the Elba many times over the 15-20 years and it never use to be like this… a few more staff on the bars would suit this problem… the staff working this area are fantastic but proper stretched… Paula is a proper asset to this hotel

Irelandwe were all inclusive the food needs to be labelled better for example salads which contain fish as I’m allergic should say they contain fish and not for example ‘chefs special’ meat and fish should be no where near each other ever also I feel you should be able to get bottled water from bars in hotel if u want one instead of dispenser I would like to see more comfortable seating in rooms and lounges.

IrelandMy husband was very annoyed at the inability to buy a drink at the bar as the card machine was not working, then no batteries, then told to open an account. He went to reception no machine working there. He wasn't allowed to pay cash. 2 hours to pay for expensive drinks and then the same next night. Sorry but not good enough.

IrelandWe didn’t like all the people milling around in the dining room which felt like a very large canteen. There was nothing pleasant about mealtimes which was a bit of a scrum for the food.The food was generally very varied and good. The layout could be better in the dining room so people aren’t wandering past you as you are trying to eat.
All of the staff were so helpful especially the girls at reception, one name I remember Antia. She did the check in and out. She made us feel so welcome and the check in was seamless , offered us a glass of bubbly and our room was upgrade which was very unexpected and really appreciated. The courtesy bus to the golf course was great.
