We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GibraltarWe notified hotel in advance it was booked for the birthday day and got response that they took the note and we will give us a nice compliment. When we arrived nothing was done, which was disappointed.
Perfect location! Room was very nice, but we asked for the quite room and got the room above the bar, was hard to sleep. Hotel is nice with an amazing roof terrace bar. Perfect for evening drinks! Breakfast was ok, but we expected something better.

United KingdomThe hotel was noisy at times, due to the roof top bar! if your floor was at the top you would hear everyone coming down from the rooftop bar and at 1/2am its not ideal. but other than that it was amazing!
Such an amazing Hotel and the location is so central to everything and everywhere! the Bars and restaurants where amazing also ! The staff could not have been more helpful and really helped us celebrate our 50th birthdays!

The check-in was so good and easy and we were given a glass of fizz. The room was huge, the air con was so lovely and cold and went to 16 degrees. The location was excellent, the staff were polite and the roof top bar was amazing with the views. I loved this hotel and will definitely be back again.

United KingdomThere was nothing to dislike as the Hotel El Pilar Andalucia is just so beautifully designed and all their staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for themselves and my deluxe double bed room en-suite was just so lovely with French doors opening out to a balcony overlooking the pretty square outside and I had such a lovely bathroom with an amazing shower which I really enjoyed. Also this hotel has a gorgeous roof top terrace to just enable ourselves to sit and relax while we tried some of their delicious cocktails with a selection of their Tapas dishes while overlooking the scenic views of the old town in Estepona which was absolutely stunning and well worth seeing and we throughly enjoyed our stay there.
Myself with my sister-in-law and niece enjoyed a superb breakfast every morning on their lovely patio area just outside the hotel overlooking the pretty square there and all the staff serving our breakfasts each morning was just excellent and they couldn't do enough for us all and the location of this beautiful hotel was just perfect.
