The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows! I found them too bouncy and would have preferred something softer! This a very small grumble as everything else was perfect 👌

Lars made fresh bread every day and created something new and different each morning! I have stayed in a lot of places in Spain and I have never had such an amazing breakfast a feast for your eyes. Marcella and Lars are the most amazing hosts and go out of there way to make you feel at home, also the 3little dogs are incredible friendly! If you find yourself in that part of Andalusia and like a peaceful and welcoming place to stay this is it! With bonus of being able to get into the old town and beaches with in 10min.

Had a fabulous stay at El Molino. We stayed for 6 nights with our 1 year old daughter and we all loved it. It's a fantastic place to relax as there are not a lot of rooms so, even in August, it can sometimes feel like you have the place to yourself. However, the place inspires a sense of neighbourliness so any interactions with the other guests were also delightful! The design is fabulous and the place is spotless. It's not an obvious place for a small child but Marcelle and Lars really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and our daughter felt right at home there after a day!

Absolutely perfect stay at El Molino! The property is stunning and has such a relaxed laid back atmosphere truly makes you feel at ease and be able to fully relax. Hosts Marcella and Lars are just fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and will ensure your stay is as comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable as you want it to be!

Rarely seen a place like this. Everything was perfect from the moment we came until we left. Astonishing friendliness of the owner and the way they adjust to your personal needs, may it be dietary needs or special asks, is incredible. Recommend 10/10 to anyone going to that region.

El Molino is the gem of Estepona, the place is spectacular and meticulously maintained, it feels just like home. I stayed there with friends, and we felt right at home… the place was so beautiful that we spent all our time there. The owner is an exceptional and accommodating person! She always treated us wonderfully! The chef’s breakfast is excellent and a must-have! If I could give more than 10, I would.

We liked everything, we should have stayed longer !!

El Molino is amazing!! If you want relaxation and great hosts, this is the place for you. We spend 3 days here at the end of our holiday and so glad we did. The moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and was shown round the hotel, great shared area to use, honesty board where you mark what you have had against your room, but we were given some drinks on the house, also as a bonus as the water from the tap was good to drink!! Marcella and Lars were great hosts and always these if you need anything. We were lucky to meet the 3 resident dogs who were lovely, always there for a stroke..there was also a couple of horses also to go and see. Our room had everything we needed, from great air con to toiletries and towels, we were in room 3 which was great! Although we hired a car, we took taxi into town which was only around 8 EURO. Big thank you to Marcella and Lars for their hospitality and would 120% recommend El Molino

This is a stunning property, very tranquil and a real find! The location is great.. very close to Estepona. The welcome we received from the owners was friendly and incredibly heart warming. The breakfast was incredible., so much variety with freshly made bread. They are both fantastic hosts we only wished that we could have stayed longer to get to know them better. We WILL be back!

A truly magical place, just 10mins driving from the beach and Estepona town center! We had a lovely welcome from the owners Marcella and Lars, who showed us around. The room was exceptional and felt very unique. Comfortable bed, great AC/fan, hot water with great pressure. The bathroom was huge and felt like something off a luxury hotel. The property overall was so quiet and relaxing, and the friendly dogs and horses were a real plus !

It is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been to. Old pieces of furniture all around, spacious room with a comfortable bed, a bathroom where you can find everything you need, an amazing garden and a nice cooling pool. Peace and quiet... Very kind and helpful owners who took care of us and prepared every morning delicious breakfast. Thanks a lot for everything!!!

The only slight issue was that the place is quite remote. Which is not neccessarily a bad thing, but it did mean if you wanted to go into the town on an evening for dinner and a drink you would need to get a taxi there and back.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were lovely and the breakfast they provided was exceptional. The roon was great and a good size as was the pool. The gardens were lovely, as were the horses.

Classical style with a modern sensibility - you can tell that everything about the place is thoughtfully done. Hosts were very helpful and very welcoming. It's a wonderful oasis of calm, perfect for cycling into the mountains, I hope to return.
