We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location was central and made moving around easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming the hotel was clean and inviting. It has a restaurant attached to it so food and drink was good.

The hotel has a supermarket and shops nearby. It has secure parking but it is not within the hotel and requires payment. In the bathroom, the shower area is large. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of tourist attractions. Breakfast is good.

BulgariaWe liked the hotel very much. The rooms are big, clean and quiet. The breakfast was great. We had also a dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and it was fantastic. We received recommendations by the waiter and the food we tasted was fantastic. The hotel is minutes away walking to center of the city and has a private garage. We enjoyed our stay there.

United StatesThe beds don't feel as comfortable as expected. The enclosure for the shower didn't prevent water to come out on the bathroom floor completely. The hallway is not easy to navigate with some step to go up-and-down.
Room is quiet and can be completely darken. The room size is very good. The location is great.

SpainThe buffet breakfast was good, however, I had to ASK the young lady on duty to help me get the cup of tea to the table as I couldn't manage it with the wheelchair. Also, when she added the drop of milk to the tea, she spilled it (the milk) all over the table. I waited for her to return and mop it up, and in the end called out to her to kindly bring a cloth. She removed some of the milk with bad grace. I asked if she was new to the job. She said "No". I said to her " So you must not have had many people in wheelchairs visit the breakfast buffet?" She agreed. I am 84 years old and a journalist and this is the first time a waitress has not carried my tray to the table. Even in McDonalds, the young people come out from behind the counter to carry my tray to a table, as it is almost impossible to balance a tray on a moving wheelchair .....and manipulate the chair.
The room and bathroom were large and appreciated because I travel in a wheelchair.
