Weird location, no bedsheet, no coffee

The key collection needs explaining in more detail because once you pass through the one way system, you have to go all the way round again. The hotel where the keys are kept can easily be missed. The parking has no lift or stairs so you have to walk up the ramp. The front door and stairway needs painting.

The location is great right in the centre near to the restaurants, bars and shopping centre. The apartment room was clean and comfortable.

The area the apartment is located in what looks like a rough area that looks dirty and unwelcoming. The key pick up is in a road thats very hard to park unless you get lucky. The garage for parking the car for the property is only 200 metres away. It is very tight to get in and out of. I drive a Volvo V60 and would feel very comfortable getting in if I was in something bigger. The apartments entrance is not nice at all, very dirty and smelly. The apartment is at the top of the first set of stairs. The apartment it self is lacking in a homely feeling. There are somethings that have been commented about before in reviews that have not sorted. I.e. shower door, shower head holder, floor in bedroom and air con unit on the balcony. All these really need addressing. It would be nice if the entrance way was redecorated to give a better first impression. Also to have a kettle to boil water would be good. I hope some of these point get back to the owners because the apartment its self is okay.

I liked the apartment in side, there was plenty of room for both of us. I also liked how close it was to the centre of Zaragoza, 5 to 10 minutes walking and you right in the middle of it all. There are loads of places to get supplies or to eat out.

The neighborhood is a bit sketchy nonetheless there is nothing to fear (just dirty) The building is really old even though you don't feel like it inside the house (everything looks new)

The staff was really nice The apartment was really clean. Has a garage place nearby which is a huge plus in this city. Is really at the old city center.

The apartment itself is great value, well positioned and very clean

Trying to find the apartment was very difficult as the SatNav couldn't find it. As I arrived late there was pressure as the hostel holding a keys closed at 9pm. The SatNav took me around in circles until I eventually had to mount a pavement to get to the apartment. It took over 90mins to do this! Better instructions are needed for people not familiar with the area.

The description of the apartment is not what we have found in reality. The so called balcony is a tiny spot which is fully occupied by a huge old air-conditioner which is also very tall and obstructs the promised street view. We couldn’t use the Wi-Fi Internet because the password we were given was in unclear handwriting, but we physically couldn’t make another walk to the receptionist to clarify that. The overall condition of the apartment is very poor: most of the plates are chipped, the linen has holes, the shower door is malfunctioning and has a broken strip, the fridge was warm inside because its door is malfunctioning too and was left semi open. See the photos! The floor cover is deformed and has sharp edges sticking up so one of us has injured a foot. But the most important is the hygienic condition of this accommodation. We are in the middle of the pandemic and every accommodation we have visited so far is doing all that is possible to prevent the spread of the virus, but not this one! The dirt, black hair and moss-like layer of dust on the floor, greasy not washed properly pots, glasses and plates, mould in the shower, stains on the sheets… We have to rearrange our plans and wash everything before we could start using it, because of the serious risk to get some kind of infection from the previous guests. The elementary hand sanitise was not provided… So do not book this Covid unsafe apartment unless you don’t worry about the elementary hygiene and danger to get some infection like Covid, or you like quests like ‘find the parking using wrong and unclear instructions’, or you don’t mind dirty kitchen ware, holes in the bed linen and mould in the shower and dangerous sharp edges sticking up from the floor.

We are really regretting that we have booked this accommodation and we don’t want you to repeat our mistake! The check-in process was terrible – we had to run via a pedestrian area, leaving our car without parking it properly because there was no space to park it at all. The host didn’t have the apartment keys yet, and it was 20 minutes before the check-in time. So we were given a parking key and had to return for the rest of the keys later, on foot again. It was over +30C and we were tired, but the receptionist wasn’t friendly and helpful at all and seemed to enjoy our struggle. The parking was in a pedestrian area too, unreachable by normal GPS, but the main reason why it was extremely difficult to find it was because the host is not providing any map or plan how to find it, but just shows a photo of some parking garage door on Google maps and explains that it has no building number on it, but it is the first door from the corner. It was the third parking from the cover and the photo we were shown was for a different parking.

Area is not really good, I would be careful late in the night. Parking is free but a bit limited (with Citroen C4 ok but if you bring a big car … can be problematic).

The place to get the keys was near to the property. The location was great and able to walk to the center with many restaurants and shops. I had to work during the trip and the Wifi was extremely fast, I think 100Mbps, so it was perfect for video calls. The included parking was very near in an underground garage and the instructions made the specific space easy to find. The two air conditioning units also worked very well.
