The glass door to the balcony did not have blackouts, so the unit was bright until very late at night and very early in the morning. Other than that, all was excellent.

The unit was great. Very comfortable, bright, and clean; it had all we needed and more. It was great having a washer in the unit, and it was easy to dry th clothing in the rack included in the unit. The location was amazing, close to everything.

Our shower was a little tricky to get in and out of, but we felt that was only a very minor issue.

The first thing that struck us was the location. Wello seems to be in a very nice, leafy friendly neighborhood, and once we became more familiar with the surroundings, how easy it was to walk from there to places like Passeig de Gracia and even the Sagrada de Familia. The apartment felt secure, comfortable and spacious, with a terrific selection of restaurants at it’s doorstep.

A lovely quiet apartment in a beautiful area of Barcelona. Apartment was well stocked & very comfortable. Gorgeous level 4 balcony looking down on the tree lined pedestrian streets, parks, locals & friendly dogs! Cafes, supermarkets, restaurants all minutes away and an easy 10-15 minute walk to La Rambla area & Gothic quarter. Staff very pleasant & accommodating with requests & storing luggage. Would highly recommend & stay again.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, but directions for accessing our apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Everything about the apt was wonderful. It's near a subway and an Aldi, it's in a friendly neighborly with lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance, and it has a washing machine! The manager answered every question immediately & even made the arrangements for my hospital visit before my arrival. (I had broken my arm in Palermo & needed a follow-up x-ray.) The kitchen & dining area made it really comfortable for the four of us. Plus it was very clean & we had a nice size balcony. Bedrooms had lots of space for clothing & the bathroom had plenty of counter space--something I always look for.

Staff is wonderful, the property is so kid friendly they have a toy corner, and you can get the toys to your room! It is so important if you have a toddler:)

The location is perfect, in the calm city area. Lots of restoraunts around, best ice cream in front of the building, a bakery next door, few supermarkets on 3 min. by walk. The employees are realy friendly and helpful, we forgot a baby blanket in the room, they sent it by post to us. Really appreciate!

Our bed was very hard. Not so hard you couldn’t sleep, just uncomfortable. Took us a little while to figure out the air conditioning, but we did sort it out and it worked well. They do expect you to clean the apartment some before leaving.

Walking distance to many locations. Supermarkets and restaurants very close. Nice pedestrian area. Very close to metro. has a clothes washer.

- bed was beaten down and uncomfortable. - I wouldn’t consider it a ‘luxury’ apartment but definitely provided everything you needed in a centralized apartment.

Location, cleanliness, amenities and security were great. Nice to have an apartment in the best area of Barcelona including washed, dishwasher and full kitchen. Reception was responsive an helpful.
