We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, but directions for accessing our apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Everything about the apt was wonderful. It's near a subway and an Aldi, it's in a friendly neighborly with lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance, and it has a washing machine! The manager answered every question immediately & even made the arrangements for my hospital visit before my arrival. (I had broken my arm in Palermo & needed a follow-up x-ray.) The kitchen & dining area made it really comfortable for the four of us. Plus it was very clean & we had a nice size balcony. Bedrooms had lots of space for clothing & the bathroom had plenty of counter space--something I always look for.

Staff is wonderful, the property is so kid friendly they have a toy corner, and you can get the toys to your room! It is so important if you have a toddler:)

Only thing - the mattress felt uneven, not as comfortable as it could have been. It was a twin not a double.

A really great location and size of apartment, ideal facilities and very friendly reception staff. They made a great effort with communications and accommodating our baby.

The location is perfect, in the calm city area. Lots of restoraunts around, best ice cream in front of the building, a bakery next door, few supermarkets on 3 min. by walk. The employees are realy friendly and helpful, we forgot a baby blanket in the room, they sent it by post to us. Really appreciate!

A bit noisy during night time from a bar downstairs, but only if you open the window. Otherwise, great and cozy location.

Our bed was very hard. Not so hard you couldn’t sleep, just uncomfortable. Took us a little while to figure out the air conditioning, but we did sort it out and it worked well. They do expect you to clean the apartment some before leaving.

Walking distance to many locations. Supermarkets and restaurants very close. Nice pedestrian area. Very close to metro. has a clothes washer.

- bed was beaten down and uncomfortable. - I wouldn’t consider it a ‘luxury’ apartment but definitely provided everything you needed in a centralized apartment.

Location, cleanliness, amenities and security were great. Nice to have an apartment in the best area of Barcelona including washed, dishwasher and full kitchen. Reception was responsive an helpful.

Some of our group members noticed a smell of body odour or dampness from some of the bedding, pillows and cushions.

The property is in an ideal location with excellent places for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and a 24hour supermarket just minutes away. Interior design of the property is beautiful. Terraces are gorgeous for a chill time before or after going exploring.

Bed was too hard for us. Towels were very old and thin and not absorbent. We stayed 5 nights and had to go downstairs to reception to ask for toilet papers twice. Wish those were stocked in the apartment.

Great location, washer, well furnished and ample space. Great communication and appreciated early check-in when cleaning got done.
