What makes it great, its location, is also a challenge because it can get very noisy and you might need to close all windows and doors to the balconies.once closed, it’s tolerable.

Its location is very good, centrally located. The apartment was very clean and it has an elevator, something rare in this type of older buildings. It also has air condition in the bedroom, very helpful when you need to close all windows at night because of the noise from the restaurants in the area.

As a lot of other reviews have said, it really is very noisy. I had to sleep with earphones in and a pillow over my head, and I still heard the noise from the street. The noise can last even up to 5-6am over the weekend. It was slightly better on weekdays. After a few nights, we got a bit used to it, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it for a longer trip. And there are no coffee pods for the coffee machine, but you can buy them in the shop nearby.

The flat is located in the very center of Málaga, so there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. We felt safe walking there in the evening. Malagueta Beach is approximately a 15min walk. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. We really appreciated the smart lock, it was quick and we didn't have to worry about losing our key. There were a lot of towels, and they were fresh and clean.

The noise from the street. We thought the people might have overreacted in the comments when speaking about noise, but it’s actually very difficult to fall and stay asleep (at least 4,5 times woken up every night - words from a hard sleeper) Even though the location is perfect, it’s the center of Malaga night life, it’s extra noisy until late in the night (and during the whole day). So, I would recommend either renting this if you also plan to party all night or to bring ear plugs (which honestly won’t help much during weekends). Also, the apartment could be a bit cleaner, the towels were clean, but had a weird smell and long black hairs stuck on some of them.

Check in process is very easy and well explained by the owner. All information regarding check in was sent on time. The location was excellent. The apartment itself was good, there was quite enough space, the bed was comfortable. Wifi had excellent quality. Overall experience is ok.

Customer service is terrible. The apartment needs pest control. The shower hose needs to be changed, there is no support, you have to hold it with one hand and wash yourself with the other hand. I got a paper towel roll with just 3 sheets for the whole week, I had to buy my own paper towel, it took more than 30 hours to bring a new one.

Good location, the apartment is beautiful. In the kitchen you will find everything that you need to cook.

The broken window blinds, no kitchen towels, and the tiny elevator.

This apartment is in the best location, in Malaga city centre. It was a bonus to me to book it. When we arrived, we found two of the three blinds broken in the bedroom, but we thought that the owner probably did not even know about it. We covered the windows with blankets we found in the wardrobes. The security of the apartment is very good. Just follow the instructions given by MalagaUrbanrooms. Please note that the elevator is only for one person. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, air-conditioning worked very well. We bought kitchen towels and mugs as there was none, only found two glasses and very small espresso cups, otherwise you will get all basic equipment for cooking...etc We were actually in the rooftop, got no room with balcony, but had little windows. Overall, the apartment was safe and comfortable and we could not get anything better in Malaga city centre for the price.

No extras ie shampoo/ shower gel/ shower cap etc. Could have done with more towels. Penthouse had much smaller windows than the other floors. Shower basic but worked fine, second shower head had no holder to keep it up.

Perfect location, spacious, bright, clean. Couch folded out to a bed which meant myself and my mum could have a bed/ room each. Even though it's super central it was very quiet.

I thought there should have been more utensils - things like a chopping board, egg cups, wine glasses, a tin opener, drying cloth for dishes etc.

A brilliant location and very quiet despite the setting in the centre of Málaga. Lots of restaurants to chose from, and near basically everything, from the beach to the Thyssen Musuem. The wifi worked perfectly as did the air conditioning.

Very loud during the weekend, until 4-5 am, but was compensated with the great location, so for us it wasn’t a big deal, since we stayed for 3 nights only. The bathroom was a bit old. The toilet flush was not working correctly and the shower was also not working very well

The penthouse apartment was very basic and far too small for 4 people and the next door neighbor was banging hard on the door even though we had only just arrived.

The position of the apartments was amazing. the rooms with the balcony were superb but the penthouse apartment didn´t reach my expectations, it was too small for 4 people.
