- Neighbours were loud late at night sometimes, despite the house rules saying we should be quiet after 22:00. - Sometimes it could be hard to find parking close to the apartment. (we were lucky though we always found one spot:D)

Everything was great but we used the accommodation only to sleep and cook a little, as we were gone most of the time outside. Maybe it's a bit too small if you want to spend more time inside the house. Otherwise the apartment had everything I needed.

The only issue was a road downhill and coming back on foot, but after a couple of days you get used to it and it's less difficult. Also, a taxi is not expensive.

The apartment was very comfortable and had a good vibe. The balcony is great, the bed is super big and comfortable. The kitchen has everything. The host is very nice and helpful. Internet is perfect for work. It was easy to find the parking around. We really like the accommodation and will come again.

On the day of arrival, the host asked for a picture of my ID. It was unexpected. I couldn't find a way to add an attachment to the Booking environment. The host offered to communicate via WhatsApp and I was forced to install this app on my phone.

The apartment is nice, clean and comfortable. Wifi worked great throughout my stay. Friendly host, easy check-in. The area is peaceful, the location is uphill from the city center, physically a bit demanding. On the balcony you can hear birdsong and see a wonderful view of the mountains.

A few days before acommodation host requires sending vulnerable data (photo of IDs) by email. In description it was not mentioned that it is needed. I don't like that, it is private data and shouldn't be shared anywhere, but I feel i was forced because we havent any other alternatives.

Clean, well equipped in kitchenware, beautiful landscape from the balcony. It has also a washing machine. Easy check in.

Very comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need. Wonderful view on the mountains. The area is pretty peaceful because there are no crowds of tourists around. You have to go up the hill from the main tourist area, but it was fine by us. The nearest big supermarket HiperDino is about 1,5 km away. Bus stops are also in walking distance (5-10 min) Ingrid was very nice and helpful.

Note for those who don't have a car/want to walk to Puerto de La Cruz: Location is uphill from the downtown centre, so walking back to the flat can be physically demanding

Maybe the only thing is that it is quite a steap climb. So if you have small children or elderly people with you, I would advice a car or a taxi that is less than 4 euros from the city center. But if you rent a car, it is no problem at all. It is quite easy to find a free place to park arround.

I just love this small apartment that has everyhing one needs - a perfectly equipped kitchen, a washing machine, an oven, a big refrigerator. I loved the bed that was comfortable for me and that the linens and towels were changed regularly. Wifi worked just perfect for me during all of the stay. It has just a great view of mount Teide and all the city. the place is quite, near some barranco, so you are waken by the birds in the mornings. That is so nice! And Ingrid is a perfect hostess. I’ve never met so professional and caring host before. The blender was broken by the previous tenants and she replaced it within a day!

Unfortunately the apartment was located on the top of a hill, with some steep sections...... a real grunt if you're hoofing it on foot as i did! You can't really tell these things by looking on Google maps!

One word best describes Ingrid's apartment. ......immaculate! Everything was very well thought out. It's comfortable, clean, modern, quiet, great views from the balcony and the kitchen was very well equipped. Great location too.....especially if you're traveling by car. Strong recommendation!

Top accommodation in a great location. I could enjoy the New Year's Eve fireworks over Puerto de la Cruz. Entire apartment just for me, but it is also suitable for 2 people. It is very attractive, new and practically furnished. The hostess was also very courteous and quickly available (for check-in and check-out)

I love the apartment, very cosy, everything you need for a quiet few days. The host is excellent. Adjusted our stay hassle free, gave us clean sheets and towels very easy. Very comfortable beds and bedding. She supplied complementary snacks which wasnt expected but much appreciated. Would stay again.

Everything would be fine except for some malfunctioning equipment (stove, hood and some lights, etc.) The weak walls between the rooms are a real nightmare. You can hear every step or toilet flush, etc. Moreover, I feel that most of the rooms are rented by workers who do not give you a single extra decibel. If you want to enjoy your vacation, you better avoid this place, otherwise prepare for a conflict with your neighbors because of the noise that you can't really control!!!

The owner states it is an apartment for non-smokers but she anyhow provides ashtrays - when I mentioned it to her, she brought air cleaners with nicer smells. The neighbours are party tigers who don't respect the silence of night hours: They play music with guests and sit until 3am, 4am and 5am on the balcony next door - even if you tell them to be more quiet, they don't do anything. - It was not possible to sleep any of the 5 nights I stayed there. If your plan is to party or if you can sleep with noise, it is a perfect option.

It is a great apartment that has everything what you need and good wifi for nomads, more than 50 mbps. What I liked the best is the kitchen that has everything you need to prepare you own meals. It is super clean and loads of light comes in during day. It is situated a bit outside the city in a very quiet area and there is a nice park in the surrounding area with a cafe - and this is what I looked for but in the end, because of the party tigers who live in the apartment complex, it was not possible to sleep during nights.
