Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The outside area is amazing! Very cute garden. Very calm & quiet. And the location is just perfect. Very friendly staff as well, always willing to help.

United KingdomParking facilities misleading, there are no parking facilities on site. Additional €10/day for air conditioning was excessive. Controls for the AC unit were withheld until you paid it if needed. Smoking seems to be permitted on the balconies which is an issue as they're in such close proximity. We had someone chain smoking cigars which made it difficult to always go out on our balcony and use it. Also the cigar smoke would waft into the apartment. Also no lift to get suitcases up a spiral staircase, which was hard work when going two floors up, and quite a few things broken within the apartment.
Location was excellent and apartment was a good size. Staff were friendly. Apartment was clean and apart from a missing cereal bowl was well provisioned. The views from the apartment overlooking the garden were great. The garden grounds which the apartment block is situated in is stunning. The garden is beautifully kept and quite stunning. Close to amenities including beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Really nice apartment complex with beautiful garden. Large and spacious living room but not comfortable beds. Right next to the bus stop so very well connected. 5 min from the lighthouse, beach and promenade with shops and restaurants. Totally recommend. Good value for money.

United KingdomIt’s close to playa de maspalomas beach where all the restaurants are. Loved the equipped kitchen. and the Very very lovely lady receptionist. ( i really forgot to ask for her name) But she helped us all throughout our stay. Went out of her way to help us reserve for a scooter and even researched what time we should leave so we could catch the bus. Loved that they let us lounge through the pool, use shower and toilet even after our checkout time while waiting for our bus back to las palmas.

The staff was amazing, very clean, the main garden and the pool were always very clean and ready every morning for everyone. I was reading the reviews and I was worried because it was mentioned that the staff is rude,there is no hot water, bugs everywhere ... However I did not experience any of that, the staff was very helpful, the water was always hot at any time of the day and definitely there were no bugs haha everything was very clean.

BelgiumThe location was perfect, close to good restaurants, the beach, and the shops of Maspalomas. The apartment was well-equipped, comfortable, and cleaned every other day, with fresh towels provided. At the reception, you can request beach towels for a 10 euro deposit per towel, which can be exchanged for clean ones daily. It was truly an ideal place to stay, and we've already booked our next stay at this accommodation.
