We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe double room was quite small for the price paid and it lacked attention to details from a cleaning point of view: dusty in some places , dirty curtain and water marks on the ceiling. The rest of the hotel look very good, so some attention to the rooms is needed too for a 4 stars hotel.
Perfect location, nice facilities, friendly staff, delicious breakfast with lots of options. The pool area was nice and clean and the restaurant had good options for lunch.

United KingdomThe hotel reception tried to charge us for a room upgrade that we hadn’t asked for. First of all stating an email had been sent requesting this, when I told them no email had been sent and asked to see the email they we referring to, they then said it was a phone call they receive. We didn’t more a phone call. We were embarrassed and they were very rude about the whole thing when in fact it was a mistake on the hotels part not my husband and I. The whole experience was stressful and quite upsetting. We couldn’t afford an extra 600 euro that they were attempting to charge us for a room upgrade we hadn’t asked for.
Hotel is in a great location. Facilities are clean and food was acceptable.

United Kingdomsunbed policy is advertised but not really upheld, numerous beds empty for long periods but towels etc left in place, we did not really spend much time at the pool as beach was so close and lovely, gym did not have much in the way of weights, heaviest being 10kg dumbells and one bench, but did not seem to be used by too many people so cannot blame them for not investing too much into it, ok for a little workout.
upgraded the room and got a very good price upon arrival and we were upgraded two levels but only paid for one, the staff were really helpful allowing us to use a room after checking out of the hotel to have a shower, buffet was good and the upgrade to half board was unbelievably cheap for the variety and quality of the food, room spotless.

United KingdomThere aren’t enough sun loungers or umbrellas by the pool. The pool is nice but as it’s on the smaller side you aren’t allowed inflatables or any large balls in it.
Excellent breakfast buffet. Roof top bar was fantastic and great cocktails. Location is perfect as the beach is so close. You see the tram going past every half hour which is lovely.

United KingdomNot enough sunbeds around the pool. If you weren't waiting with your towel when the pool opened then you didn't get a sunbed. We paid for a sunbed on the beach instead.
Hotel in prime position in Soller. Staff were polite & helpful. We had a fabulous room looking out over the bay with an extra large terrace. Great breakfast. Really enjoyed the rooftop terrace, great place to have a drink before going out in the evening.

AustraliaThe property was not as clean as I would have hoped. There was mould in the shower and consistently dirty plates pulled from the clean stacks in the dining room.
The property is well located adjacent to the beach and close to lots of very good restaurants. The life guard was good about removing towels reserving beds at the pool when the guests had left them for more than 30 minutes.

United KingdomWe had a shower over a bath, each to their own I guess but I would prefer a shower cubicle. I understand that if you’ve got kids a bath is probably useful and we were in a larger room. Otherwise room very nice and cleaned every day.
Modern hotel, very clean throughout, lovely breakfast room with lots of breakfast options, and great location on the harbour. Roof terrace is great, lovely setup, staff and music, we had pre drinks here most evenings before heading out for dinner. If I go to Port de Soller again I would rebook this one.
