Lack of transport support getting around. Shuttle only in week which seemed odd and it was not reliable leaving before advertised times particularly from town.

Didn’t like the bathroom. Water pressure in the tap was really bad and toilet seemed to smell.

We really liked how spacious the kitchen/dining/living room and the balcony area was. Also really liked the pool area and lots of sun beds.

All in all a great base for a cycling trip. I would book again if cycling in this area. No complaints. Stored bikes in the room on the balcony, which was an added bonus for us.

Entertainment was a bit loud in the evening; not enough to keep us awake, but enough to disturb young children.

Great location for biking with fantastic facilities for those travelling with two wheels; nice swimming pools; very clean; great restaurant (Giravolta) on site. Good sports/ gym offer.

Loud evening "entertainment" most nights was intrusive. (The hokey cokey etc. Pretty cheesy stuff if you just want to relax on the balcony). We had a car, but it's quite a long way to shops or beach if you're on foot. Cutlery / crockery wasn't particularly clean. The free wifi is really poor, we didn't try the paid version.

The apartments were very pleasant and comfortable. Happy with the value for money considering peak season. Good pool, nice atmosphere & grounds.

This is our second stay as a family at Hotel Duva and we are equally pleased with the location, facilities, and last but not least, with the very friendly and professional staff, to name a few: Pau the restaurant maitre and Luciano the children entertainer. As our eldest has summarised it, four stars is not enough, they deserve a fifth one. We have just left and are already looking forward to our next stay.

Lovely apartment, ideal for small family. Cleaned every day except Sunday which was great. Quiet location, pool and garden area very nice with a couple of swings. Short drive to Pollenca beach and Port.

The location suited us although it’s about 20 minutes walk to port. The Italian restaurant bar was lovely. Pool area great. Facilities for cycling excellent.

Sleeping on a sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Wifi was very poor in the apartment. Constant entertainment throughout day and evening was noisy and I was not aware of this when I booked.

Excellent breakfast and evening buffet. Friendly and helpful waiting staff.

Nothing - apart from sofa beds were quite hard . Beds in main bedroom were good . Perhaps a couple of mugs and some scissors in the kitchen

Great location . Good range of facilities - a variety of pools - outside and inside . Spa facilities which were included and gym . Paid extra for tennis and classes . Friendly staff . Fab location and supermarket 10 mins walk

The main reason we picked these apartments, was because we wanted our own bedrooms rather than sharing. The main double bedroom is a nice room, spacious, plenty of hanging storage and a picture window looking out on to the balcony. Bed 2 however is very small with just enough room for a settee with a pull out single camp bed to the side, a small wardrobe and a stool. The apartments are accessed by external stairways from the rear of the blocks, and the area was dimly lit at night. The complex is open to the surrounding streets and parking areas . The door to the apartment didn't feel particularly secure and care was needed to ensure it closed properly, we found this out after getting up one morning to find it was wide open! There are no cleaning materials or washing up liquid whatsoever in the apartment. 2 teatowels were provided though. Maid service & towels were provided only 5 days per week. The Breakfast offer was limited, but adequate. There are 2 coffee machines which provide good coffee , but slowly, so big queues.

My Brother & I stayed here for a week for a cycling holiday. The apartments are ideally situated for exploring the North of the island by bike. We stayed B&B and ate out in the evenings in Puerto Pollensa, it's a short walk into town, and a large Eroski supermarket. Our 2 bed apartment had a large balcony overlooking one of the pools, and a well equipped kitchen with a 2 ring hob, and microwave, Kettle and plenty of crockery, utensils. The Lounge are was comfortable . The Bathroom has a large walk in shower with plenty of hot water & good pressure. There is also a useful large utility area with a sink, accessed from the kitchen where we kept our 2 bikes & bags. It's very much geared up for cyclists. There is also a bike garage underneath another block in the complex with secure storage , and washing facilities(7 Euros) The main hotel area has a nice, lively pool area with plenty of sunbeds and the bar terrace is to the side.
