Great location, lovely complex. Modern and clean. It was a quick visit so perfect to have a central base.

In the room with separate beds we couldn't open the window during the night because there was noise from the street until the early hours, but that was probably related to Black Friday. After closing the window everything was ok.

The apartment was very spacious, perfectly furnished. Upon arrival we immediately had a locker where we could put our things before moving in. The same was available on the day of departure

We had trouble getting in and had to have the maintenance guy let us in an hour later. The bathroom was small and our bedroom did not look like any of the pictures. The bed was average and squeaked when you moved.

We really enjoyed the location of the apartment with everything so close. It was also very quiet and secure

The pool could have used a cleaning as it had something in the middle of it on the bottom. Some of the boards on the rooftop were very soft when you stepped on them. They felt rotted and a little unsafe. There is a park across the street that gets very noisy in the afternoon and evening. Definitely need a sound machine to sleep as the noise echoes up and down the street.

The location was amazing. Tons of things within walking distance. The building seemed very secure and the ability to unlock the doors with your phone was a definite plus! The bed was comfortable there was plenty of storage for items. There were also lockers provided for use until the unit was ready for us to check in, which was great since it started pouring rain shortly after we left our bags in the locker. The pool was nice for a soak to cool off. Plenty of chairs on the rooftop and the view was wonderful. There were more than enough towels for use during our stay. Also provided a couple of laundry detergent packets and some tabs for the dishwasher.

It was a little difficult to get the codes to the doors. The lockers for luggage if you arrive early are small.

The apartments were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was great.

Nothing, we loved our stay and would recommend to family and friends

The team assisted with paying the tax as the online link wasn’t accepted with our mobile phone access. A team member met us on site within 5 minutes and gave us remote access to wait inside. Very impressed

The reason I booked this expensive accommodation was for the pool which was very disappointing. it was tiny and had about 6 inches of water in it. Totally unusable. We were looking forward to cooling off in it after the long hot days of sight seeing. It was nothing like the pictures on the website.

The pool needed to be serviced, as it was in a dirty state and had an algae bloom underway.

We had a water leaking incident in our bathroom - although, the response of the management staff was EXCEPTIONAL to come address is so we understand things happen and were impressed by this service when something did. I hope they were ultimately able to fix the leak for future.

Digital access to main building and apartment worked great and was super convenient. The apartment itself was super roomie, had great view of the cathedral, location was very convenient to in Gothic quarter to access tourist attractions, transportation and grocery. It was surprisingly quiet though also even being in the heart of Gothic quarter.

The property location was perfect for visiting the main parts of the city. The playground across the street was noisy several nights for the bedroom facing the street.

Lots of emails - some confusing - before we arrived. Some emails seemed to be duplicate requests. Once we had the code, things went smoothly.

Everything is fine

We stay a couple of days in this property, it was awesome. The place is clean, nice, it is 2 min walk from the Gothic city quarter.

We never could get the door code to work for our apartment or the rooftop pool, so we never saw it. Door keypad code worked for entry door, but for our apartment we needed to use the mobile digital door link on the web. If there had been a bad internet connection or phone unavailable we wouldn’t have been able to get in. Attempts to use the dryer on washer/dryer did not work, just very hot and wet clothes, but that’s kind of typical for those.

Great location, walkable to restaurants, shopping, felt safe, spacious. Nicely appointed kitchen. Quiet location at this time of year.

The apartment was great. Perfect for max 4 people. It was well equipped and clean. The location is very good. Located in old city and close to museums, restaurants, shops etc. Highly recommend.
