You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BrazilTerrible experience. On arrival, staff doesn't even say "good afternoon, be welcome", cold. Their priority is the restaurant. Well, the stay would have been fair. But the administration had a huge party upcoming that night. They could have sent a message beforehand, advising to cancel and change hotel; they didn't. Upon arrival, they also could have warned us that a big and noisy party was planned. They didn't. When we arrived from town by 7:30 pm, there were at least 150 persons having dinner. After dinner, they started a "night club", a "rave" party, loud, very loud music . The sound made everything vibrate. No consideration, no respect. THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN FOR THE CLIENTS. At 11pm, we decided to complain. And to record the situation, to report to booking.com. It was an horror show! The staff practically said it was our fault!!! No apologies! Just a big f. you! When I asked why they didn't advise us beforehand, why they didn't block/close the hotel, they blamed booking.com. Staff got angry, mainly because I was recording. When some kind of manager came, I thought he was going to assault me. Stopped recording, had enough, and tried to cool down the situation. Anyway, he said that the noise would be reduced and the sound would be over by midnight. The Spanish law, in the worst case scenario, fixes silence from 11pm on. So, they were violating silence laws. Of note, we were patient until almost eleven. Didn't want to have a quarrel during vacation. Anyway, silence came by 12:30 am. Next morning, no "Buenos Dias", no apologies. No attention at all. They charged us as usual, despite this terrible experience. We wanted to get away from there ASAP, didn't even ask for breakfast (nobody offered). And we had to wait and ask several times for them to checkout and pay Bottom line: AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE, Impolite, INCONSIDERATE, ANTIPATHIC.
This was the worst host ever. Can't remember something like this before.

SpainDistance from town 30 minute walk . Taxis would not come out to the hotel so couldn’t keep our restaurant booking. The reception closed at 7 pm so they couldn’t help and 2 out of the 3 staff behind the bar were not interested in helping.
Close to the motorway. Room was clean.
