We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel needs updating but we knew this, we took a really cheap last minute break all inclusive. The taxi cost to find anything going made it an expensive break in the end because from 10:30 there is nothing for miles going on. Return taxi to Los Christianos or Americas was 50 euros and the bus is an hour for 2 euros. We didn't have many days so we wanted to make the most of our time. The hotel took our wrist bands on the day we left and the Internet was an absolute rip-off. Get a data bundle before you go be ause 1 day is technically only 14 hours meaning if you put it on later in the day it goes off before you wake up. They did not tell us this it was in the small print. We wouldn't go there again but we had a great time and knew it was going to be run down and basic.
The food was safe to eat and didn't make us unwell. There were chips and hot dogs for snack but they never seemed to be available when we wanted one. The only option was cold sandwiches. There were periods through the day where we couldn't get a drink or something to eat because one closed early and another opened late

United KingdomThe food is fine but not great, but reflects the price. The swimming pool is v cold in January so although the sun is great at 24c and plenty of sun beds are occupied, hardly anyone uses the pool. Paper cups for your ai beers and wine is not so great.
The price was good for all inclusive and the rooms are clean but basic. The entertainment guy is good.

Finland…but not all. If you dont speak spanish, some treat you with disrespect. The facilities are worn, and have an outdated feeling. Coffee is horrible.
Good variety of foodstuff in the buffet. Not spectacular, but nice and nourishing. My son has allergies, and was able to eat there. Most of the staff were nice,

FranceSmall paper cups for every drink,unless u paid for one.Cockroaches, flies, and although animation team very good equipment was poor and lacking. Dead Cockroaches on the floor for days,not a good first impression. One male holiday guest spoiled an evening by being abusive and sexually harassing some female and male guests. Nothing seemed to be done and he has been reported on quite a few occasions over the years. Surprised the hotel has not banned him, but then money talks.
Food better than last time. Pool warmer as last time freezing. People great, staff ,all helpful. The staff especially in restaurants and bar worked very hard.

I love it. only just being there so long we only have news and Disney channel which puts us of going. Plus my partner and mums are disabled so the bath was a real big problem as they have no walk in showers x
