It definitely does not feel like a 4 star hotel - it is really in desperate need of proper renovation but if you don’t care about a luxury feeling you will be fine. It’s decent for its price. I wouldn’t recommend it for people that are looking for an “all inclusive” hotel style holiday where you want to spend the whole time in a resort because you will definitely not have the greatest experience there. But If you are looking for a place to sleep and have a decent breakfast for an okay price but you are planning to spent most of your holiday outside of the hotel at the beach, sight seeing etc I would recommend. The walls are quite thin but we were on 6th floor and most of the time it was really quiet but this definitely will depend on your luck with neighbours.

It’s an alright hotel, location very good - 10 mins away from the city beach and 30 min another, very beautiful beach Cala Boadella, breakfast was nice and quite a lot to choose from. The staff is very nice and helpful and the rooms are cleaned every day. There are some activities organised every night by the staff - live music or disco etc.

I didn't like the very old room that they have,the walls are not so clean to see,.maybe they can change the beds for a little bit more comfortable.The shower was not so clean and just to be sure i washed it with very hot water. The place where the kids pool was so dirty, i only went for a swim once because i felt not so at ease with the water 🙈 Maybe next year,next summer they'll have a better clean place.

I like that is near the beach and other good spots.

The rooms are very basic and old-fashioned. There are many little workarounds here and there, looking bad. The meals were very fat food (lots of frying and lots of oil). Impossible to eat there more than once. Just to have as a note (not that I dislike), the Hotel was very crowded with students (during the first weeks of July), this could be annoying for someone looking for a comfortable and relaxing environment (definitely it will be the opposite).

We just stayed one night, so I can't tell so much. For us was essentially having a parking. Breakfast included. Option to add meals for a fair price. Restaurant/Bar with shows during the Summer. Nice pool. Game room. Playground. Snack machines.

The rooms require some maintenance. The car park is next to hotel with a daily charge of 20 euro or less depending on the hours. The rates are same or other public car parks nearby and therefore would have expected that residents are treated with a lesser charge.

The property is situated very close to centre but in the quiet area. It offers very good breakfast and parking facilities.

Breakfast food was ok. Selection average. Too many people and restaurant was a zoo. Staff working hard to keep up. Room was sparse. No place to put suitcases. No shampoo or conditioner. Safe in room was extra $. But it was a bargain so you get what you pay for.

Walls are all stained, bathroom was not perfectly cleaned, there were still hairs on the toilet and showers also on the bed linnen. Balcony could barely fit two people. Our neighbours next doors are loud. And the reception did not care / did not do something about it. We let the housekeeping clean our room but when we came back they did not clean the bathroom floor and bedroom floor good, there were still dirt everywhere. We will not come back anymore, i would also not recommend this.

Did open early for breakfast but always late for evening meals, no good if you are going somewhere First room given to us was on ground floor,which I asked for,was very poor ,no telephone,no balcony, children knocking on windows from poolside Second room was on third floor, ok unless lifts not working and was very noisy every night with teenagers talking, singing, and laughing at 3 am

I didn't have a fridge in my room which would have invaluable with the hot weather. I had nowhere to store water to keep it cold. A table on my balcony would have useful. It would have been great to have had a tray at breakfast to carry everything, rather than going backwards and forwards several times to collect everything I needed. Breakfast was a bit of a nightmare. The dining room was incredibly busy, and sometimes the food did run out. I found the level of noise, both during the day but particularly at night difficult, whether it was inside or outside the hotel. Guests would return to their room at any time, slamming doors, running up and down the corridor in shoes, screaming or arguing, or dropping bottles on the floor. I was also very concerned to see that guests would often move between one room and another by jumping over the balcony, even if they were on the 5th floor! Very risky and particularly dangerous if they had been drinking.

Breakfast was OK. Nothing special but there was plenty of it, and some of it was good. I didn't like the coffee, but the fruit juice was great, as was the cooked breakfast.. My room was OK. The bed was comfortable. I liked having the balcony which was brilliant with the hot weather.

The hotel was advertised with day time entertainment which was aqua gym once a day and that was it, night time entertainment very poor. There were big group of 20 ish year olds very drunk with playing their own music through their own speakers, nothing was said from the life guard. Music was being played until early hours of the morning through these speakers, after complaining twice security went and asked them to turn it off. Big group of 18-30 would come back to the hotel through the early hours of the morning singing, shouting and knocking on peoples doors and again the hotel staff didn’t do anything. Breakfast was terrible, unless you like mixed vegetables , fish balls, mixed peppers.

Dinner and lunch was good, central location . close to the beach, supportive reception staff when requested to move rooms due to the noise throughout the night, bar staff were helpful and cheery.

The revues are slightly off putting, but as a regular holidayer 4-5 times a year to different locations I personally think they are very harsh! The hotel is spoilt by the younger generation about 80% of the guest being between 16 to 20 and just want to party and have little concern for other guests. Firstly we booked a pool view superior room, we were given a bog standard room! over looking the balcony of another hotel/hostel full of partying kids with speakers on their balcony playing music until 3-4 am because we booked in at 1am and put into the room,missing our Dinner and the next morning breakfast we never bothered bringing it to the hotels attention until the next day, we were told all rooms booked and full, we tried on other days with the same answer until the night before we left when we were offered a room we had paid for! We ended up getting a voucher if we return for an upgrade? If we return!. The meal times were not a good experience, Young people flying around with no respect or manners queueing outside the restraunt to charge in for food, NO DRESS CODE people wearing beach attire, sleeveless vests during most meals is very ignorant and should be policed by the staff. Our room was extremely noisey being above the loading bay for the early morning food,Bottles and refuse trucks 3rd floor. One other point is there is No Changing/Shower facilities when checking out, Just a public toilet and a luggage room. We missed 3 meals whilst there due to our travel arrangements,we asked if we could have a lunch time meal instead on our checking out day as we were Half board and told NO. There is no kettle or fridge in the room. the water machines tends to take your money sometimes with no Water! So if you want your money back you have to see reception in the morning with a long queue of checking in and out!

The dining hall was a large size, The beds comfortable,food was ok and good selection, Location was excellent. The internet was acceptable along with the AC. The pool was good.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. We left in 15 min after we saw our room. The room was dirty, with mold,dirty and damaged walls, the light was flickering, not even a table in the room, the safelock didn't have any lock at all, the balcony door was nor closing and the view was an old rusty building. Depressing Definitely not worth the money and ruined the holiday.

The experience was incredibly poor: -hotel was overcrowded, zero organisation with check in process - 1st room provided, the bathroom door was broken and could not close providing no privacy. The room was unclean with stains on surfaces. The air-conditioning unit was covered in dangerous toxic mold. - staff were able to change the room, it was shocking they were letting people book a room so poor in hygiene and without basic functionality - 2nd room also had visible dangerous mold on the air-conditioning unit, and dangerous levels in the bathroom. There were numerous stains on surfaces some appeared to be vomit. - drunk guests were yelling in the corridors at night, throwing up and slammibg doors. Absolutely horrific experience. Not 4 star. I feel physical unwell and will see care for respiratory issues

Terrible room....old and smelly....hotel has never been renovated since 1971....bathroom was in a bad condition everything was deteriorated....walls are not isolated....it was like staying in a hostel or some low class flats....only teenagers 🙄 loud and rowdy....expensive for what it was 🙄

It felt like there were no staff. Dining room chaotic, noisy and not a nice environment. Reception not welcoming and also chaotic at times.
