We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe street can be quite noisy in the early hours of the morning due to the central location of the hotel to the beach and clubs and bars. However, it was a Saturday night so to be expected.
Beautiful ambiance, lovely and warm staff. Rooms and lobby etc are gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Excellent communication before arrival from Laura and friendly greeting on arrival.

Divino was fabulous! Communication from Yari from when we booked, right through to when we left was superb. Our room was clean and perfect. The free snacks and coffee was such a lovely bonus. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the beautiful beach.

AustraliaThe reception desk is only manned from about 9 or 10am in he morning, but the staff are contactable via Whatsapp if needed before/after hours. We had some issues with the water temp in the shower in our room.
The location is outstanding, so many restaurants and bars nearby and the beach is only a stone's throw away. The staff definitely go above and beyond to help and check in with you to see if you need anything. The rooms are comfortable, light and airy. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and they will loan it out beach towels and umbrellas etc

Steps from the beach, wonderful staff, beautiful bright courtyard for breakfast, elevator! Beach towels and umbrellas to borrow. Loads of restaurants and bars around. Very helpful front desk who are very accommodating and helped with airport bus schedules. Excellent communication.

United Kingdomthis isn't something that i didn't like but the communal part of the hotel on the ground floor is sooo beautiful. It might be worth organising some little events, even maybe some yoga classes or some drinks in the evening to make better use of this wonderful space? Just a thought.
Oh how I miss Divino Hotel and Sitges! But i especially miss the lovely Rocio and Yari who ran such a tight ship! But with such kindness and love and attention to detail. I am already planning my next trip back there so that my partner can experience this gem of a hotel too. the location is amazing just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach and promenade with bars and restaurants galore on your doorstep. But the beauty also was that my room was so tranquil and clean and just very very comfortable. The softest, fluffy pillows and wonderfully comfortable bed. I struggle often with beds being too hard in hotels - this one was beautiful. Divino Hotel thank you and please personally thank Rocio and Yari from me as they are such an asset to your establishment.
