I did not like how hard it was to understand where to go for dinner. There was also no information on things that were going on at night. It says on the website they do room service but when I rang there was no answer then when o went down no one seemed to know what o was talking about and they sent me to the bar that only done drinks even though it was within the timeframe it said on the website. I also couldn’t not understand just where to get normal dinner as I was told I couldn’t go to the buffet. It was very confusing and had to order just eat delivery as it was raining heavy.

Queues in the elevators every day, it takes quite a while to get to your room or go for a meal, especially if you have a baby pram.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Areas for children and swimming pool were very well maintained.

Second time staying at the hotel and always enjoy it, staff go above and beyond in accomadating your needs at time of booking and check in. Activity staff are always good fun and create a great atmosphere for everyone. Housekeeping is very good and they never forget anything! We always go to the SPA and love spending time there, my husband had a massage and would highly recommend.

If there would be any criticism it would be the parasols to bed ratio. Too many people were hogging the small number of beds by the pools which had the use of a nearby parasol

The location was very good but it was the quality of the hotel itself which the pictures don’t do justice to. And the staff were all very friendly and attentive. The additional staff entertainment was also great

No coffee pot in the room. Room very pricey for no amenities~every room in Spain offers water and at least a nespresso machine! Air conditioner did not work. Fan worked but not cool. Pool area is mostly in the shade all day! Very odd placement.

We arrived at 10:30pm, there was nowhere in the hotel to get any food/snack. Local supermarkets were shut. No kettle in the room, bottled water wasn’t topped up. Bed was hard, shower temperature changed all the time.

Great location for the beach, two large local super markets if needed. Breakfast was good. Did not use any of the other facilities as we were only staying for a wedding

Food could be better. There could be more health options. Our stay was a week and just once it was porridge for breakfast. None of the days was paella.

The room was really good. A lot of space as well as closets. The bed was hard and this was what we needed and requested. The room was cleaned each day. The view was stunning. Balcony big with table and two comfy chairs.

When booked I booked as a pool facing balcony which I did not get, and double bed for my wife and I however to singles pushed together !

The breakfast was good, the pool area was very nice, the bar great and the staff excellent.

Long wait in line to get a breakfast table - not enough staff clearing up tables that were used. For the price of staying, this is not on. There were many empty tables, but they weren’t set. Guests just had to stand & wait in line in frustration. Swimming pool very crowded in the summer….& kids are allowed by their “parents” to scream & shout, which ruins anyone’s holiday….

Everything in the hotel is up to the standard and taken care of for each guest individually; the coexistence of athletes, especially cyclists, families, adults... a very good and varied selection of food in the restaurant.

The only thing we were disappointed in was the food in the restaurant on the meat side it was the same every day And all the hot meals that breakfast and evening meals were cold every day The only good thing about it all that they were a microwave there to heat up the meals to make them eataball I do think this should be looked at because the last time we stayed at this hotel it was the same

We ate one evening meal in the buffet. We found it of poor standard. In addition, we were required to pay over €30 each for one hour to use the Spa exclusive of treatments. This was disappointing. We would not have been surprised by a charge but this was excessive.

In my opinion the price for spa pools is too high. I used it and it was great, but 29€ for 1 hour it's much.

Very tasty breakfasts, great, big rooms with stunning view from 10th floor. Very kind and helpful Staff. Very comfy beds. I'd love to come back to this hotel.
