We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BrazilLocation. The hotel is not convenient for tourists looking to visit the city. If you have a car, like I had for this trip, you can use the parkings available downtown. Public transportation is not easy and taxi is 22 EUR to go downtown. If you're travelling and need to spend a night, it is a perfect choice in my opinion.
Modern and comfortable bedrooms. Breakfast was excellent. Parking available. Excellent hotel with reasonable price.

A super welcoming greeting from reception staff who acknowledged our request regarding our room which was really quiet with a great views of the airport and runway which my husband loved but it wasn’t at all noisy. . The room was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was very good and everything was fresh and the hot buffet was hot. So all in all a good stay at a value for money good hotel in an ideal situation close to the main highways.

The Diagonal hotel is in an ideal place for an overnight stop to and from Spain. It is always very clean and has all the facilities we need. The reception staff always give a good welcome and the restaurant staff are very helpful and attentive

RomaniaThe fact that there were no iron in the room but, not a big deal since I ask at the reception and receive one on the spot. The gym was pretty small and busy, one running equipment, so a good excuse for me to be lazy and get fat :)
Everything was as expected. Good variety Breakfast, just in one morning the eggs were cold. but not a big deal. The lobby is huge and nice, plenty of space to sit around, The restaurant have a limited menu but the food was good and tasty. if you stay couple of days you get to experience all the menu. :)
