Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only thing that was disappointing, was the fact that the hotel insisted on people wearing swimming caps to go in the indoor pool. The outdoor pool was chilly so not accessible for most at the time of year but wearing a swimming cap in the indoor pool is pretty silly when not needed in the outdoor pool!

SpainEntertainment was very poor and we booked because my husband is waiting for a new hip and I have problems walking so we thought there wouldn't be any need for us to leave the hotel but unfortunately the entertainment was for children. The dancers they had on we very poor. Also more English tv.

It offers children's activities, including a Kids Club and a kiddies pool. The nightly entertainment was a hit with the whole family, providing fun and engaging shows that added to the overall experience. Beautiful Grounds: The hotel grounds are maintained and walking around the property was a pleasure, as we were surrounded by plants and flowers. The entire area was clean and well-kept, creating a serene and pleasant environment. Spacious and Clean Rooms: Our room was spacious and spotless, featuring a large balcony that offered a lovely place to relax. The cleanliness and comfort of our room greatly contributed to our positive experience. Delicious and Varied Food: The food at the hotel was delicious. Initially, we had booked just breakfast, but we were so impressed with the variety and quality that we upgraded to full board. There were options to suit everyone's tastes, making mealtimes something to look forward to. Convenient Location: While the hotel is a bit further from the promenade and main tourist areas, we found that it had everything we needed right on-site. United KingdomPaddle tennis was an extra cost (€5 for court hire, €1 per paddle, and €1 for balls). Also +€12 if playing at night due to switching on the lights. This just needs to be advertised.
Staff were amazing in all areas. Food in the restaurant was delicious, and the service was 5* Very clean Plenty to do. Nice quiet location, within walking distance to most places. We will definitely recommend 👌
