Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The position , it was very near the centre. The beds were really comfortable, great to have a balcony. We could see the snow on the Sierra Nevada from the balcony. The staff were really lovely, especially Nina? I think that was her name.

The beds were very comfortable and clean, the room was light and pleasant, however the bathrooms are due for a refurbush. The hotel is in an excellent position, close to the city centre with lots of good restaurants and panaderías close by. The receptionists were amazing, kind and helpful. It was always a pleasure to talk with Nina, she is delightful.

Beautiful, smart city hotel with very helpful and welcoming staff. Great location for sightseeing in Granada, close to taxis, buses and for going out in the evening.

Singapore- The location was very good. Close to the bus stations from Sierra Nevada and the airport bus stops. - The check-in was super smooth with the machine - Stuff was ready to help. I got a kettle, spoon and an extra hair dryer from them very quickly. - The room was not big but very functional and had everything I needed.

Hotel Dauro is in the heart of the Centro, 10 minutes to Plaza Nueva. Great shopping, tapas bars and cafes. The hotel staff were exemplary especially Antonio who addressed every one of my requests and queries (I arrived in Granada not feeling well) with alacrity and kindness. All reception staff were most helpful in providing directions, calling taxis, and offering helpful suggestions when asked. Housekeeping staff were great. The room was well-equipped, beds very comfortable and very clean. Great showers.
