Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI found the bed very hard and there was a waterproof mattress cover which i really disliked. The air conditioning was old and quite noisy. It was adequate in our room but my sons room never really got cool. Balcony was small (space for 2 chairs).
Lovely central location for the tourist area. We found on street parking easily although it did get busier during our stay. Our room was facing the road, we thought this was a bad thing at first but once the sun was gone from the pool it was fully on our balcony which was great. Pool was not huge but there were always sun loungers available and it was clean and well kept. Rooms were large and had everything we needed. Bathroom had a lovely powerful shower (over the bath) and shampoo, hand soap and body wash were provided. Bar downstairs had friendly staff and nice drinks, lunchtime snack menu was basic but the club sandwich was great. Location was perfect a few minutes walk to the beach one way and a couple of minutes the other way to a whole street of bars and restaurants.

United KingdomI didn't like the SAFE DEPOSIT BOX system. At check-in we were not told that if we wanted o use the safe we would 1) have to pay a fee to use it 2) that we would have to return to reception to pay for use of the safe in our room and get a receipt for payment and a refundable deposit 3) I was shocked at how much paper was used whenever anything was given at reception. We had about 5 x A4 sheets of paper just for checking in and paying for the safe. I'm sure these forms could be made much smaller to save on wasted paper. I expect the hotel uses LOADS of A4 paper every day. You could think of better ways to give receipts than that, to save waste and save the hotel money.
The location near to the sea and also to the rambla of restaurants and bars, etc Most of the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The cleaners were very good and all the hotel was very well cleaned, much better than many hotels. They worked very hard to keep the floors, etc clean, well done!

Very clean and smart looking. very helpful staff particularly on reception. Rooms cleaned and fresh soft towels every day. Water pressure for shower was amazing. Comfy seats downstairs. The location was brilliant, so close to beach and restaurants and bars.

United KingdomThe room was nice but only had an old fashioned fan system for cooling down the room. This could do with upgrading to air conditioning as with 35 degree heat, made sleeping difficult at times.
The Hotel staff were really friendly. The pool was a good size and clean. The location is excellent, 150 meters from the beach and 50 meters from bars/restaurants.
