We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainFantastic location inside the city walls though just a bit away from the busy and sometimes noisy tourist areas. Our room was by the lift but we didn’t hear it at all and the aircon unit was very efficient and most welcome. We had a view of the cathedral out of one of our windows which when lit up at night was magical. We availed of their 24 hour parking deal with an underground car park nearby saving over five euros.

PortugalThe staff doesn't really welcome you. They greet you and do they job checking you in. We had to ask for a map and for breakfast and check out time. Otherwise they don't bother telling you. No smile either.
Location is hidden but in a very nice area. In Spain don't expect nice views in reasonable priced Hotels. Its is always to the inner side of the building. Hotel is outdated, but good value for money.

AustraliaEvening receptionist very pleasant but Morning/day receptionist was not. Too busy on her phone watching something in the bar. Had to find her to check out. All her hissing and sighing when there was no hot water at breakfast and again when we needed to use a translate app to get the instructions correct on which ticket to use where for the carpark nearby. A ticket we had to buy from her. She just wanted us to go. And even then, her instructions were not correct. In 4 weeks of travelling, the only person we have had an issue with.

The hotel was in an excellent central location, easy to tour the old town area. The staff were all excellent, the hotel very clean and we found it very quiet. The price was very good especially as it is a city centre hotel. The breakfast definitely worth 8euros and the parking price of 14e for 24 hrs excellent. We would definitely stay there again if in the area

Great location if you're here to explore the atmospheric centre of Toledo. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was nice and comfy with all the expected facilities.
