The swimming pool area was in the shade from noon onwards. The bathroom was in need of an upgrade / refreshing. Massive crack in sink surrounds and rust marks in the bath / shower.

Our room had an over bath shower, as we are in our 70s it was difficult to get out. Only a small problem, we would have paid more for a walk in shower,

The staff on reception were very helpful and efficient, we ran out of milk in the room, no problem sorted immediately, their english was amazing, nothing too much trouble. We have stayed here a few times, railway stop on the doorstop and on the beachfront. A great breakfast, in a modern hotel and good value for money.

Hard to say something negative about the hotel. Some little improvement could be made (some mold around the sink and bathtub, a little lack of light in the bathtub).

Top location, great breakfast, wonderful beach right in front of the hotel. Shops and restaurants just a few meters away. Quiet and relaxing area. Public parking in front of the hotel (free overnight).

Shower was in the bath, a bit if a challenge for a person of a certain age getting in and out, the slippery bath surface made it a little treacherous. Empty shower gel/shampoo dispenser.

We liked everything.

Location to Fuengirola and Los Boliches. Very close to railway station and across the road from the beach. Felt a step up from a regular hotel and the smell was so clean and inviting. Staff left you alone to enjoy the holiday and could use foyer without feeling need to spend.

-Breakfast experience could be improved in some ways: reducing the wait for tables, reducing noise (didn't see any extra space but a 'family area' could be an option?), reducing waiting time for supplies to be replaced when running out or improving the quality of coffee.

Excellent location in our favourite part of Los Boliches beach, far enough from the noisiest, most 'undesirable' side of Fuengirola. Room cleanliness and housekeeping staff were brilliant and really accommodating. The room was quiet at night and we weren't disturbed by any outside noises (the previous year at Yaramar we had to have white noise on to mitigate the noise of the elevators all night...). Breakfast options were good but the service was slightly chaotic at times as the room isn't quite large enough for a 'full house' but the staff do their best to turn the tables around as quickly as possible. Poor coffee quality is pretty much the standard across Spain and this was no exception but the variety of bread, fruit and 'hot' options was very much appreciated. We loved that the hotel is pet friendly, even though we couldn't bring our dog. It was nice to meet fellow dog owners and their lovely pooches. The staff overall was great from beginning to end, well done!

As the hotel is dog friendly, which is good. However, being woken up to a dog barking wasn't the best. The owner had left the dog in the room alone while she went for breakfast, which I know is needed. But while she was gone, the dog barked continuously until she returned.

Limited storage in the room for clothes, no dedicated wash room to use on day of departure like other hotels. Weren't keen on the options for breakfast and would have liked scrambled/poached eggs.

My wife belongings ( 2 curlers) have been missed one day after cleaning...that is the only negative thing that happened..

The location is excellent. Reception staff was very polite and helpful The room was large, and the balcony view was fantastic ( sea view and sunrise )

The only thing I didn't like was we didn't get to use the pool at all during our stay, it's very small for the size of the hotel with very few sunbeds. Parking is also very expensive at 20e a night, we would have stayed longer but this cost put us off staying any longer.

Not enough entertainment for children during the day at the pool and snack food at the bar wasn't nice and took too long. The breakfast salon is too small and lots of queues to wait to have breakfast and then it was way too noisy and the tables are too close to each other so the table beside ours were literally on top ours , my arm would touch the other persons back.

Very central, short walk from the train station. Rooms were very ideal, the lifts were slow and breakfast was busy but that was probably just time we went.
