Amazing location, room and hotel was very luxurious, Rituals toiletries, great shopping location, rooftop bar with complimentary Cava after check in. Staff was super friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. Upgraded at check in, wish we could’ve stayed longer at this location. Rooftop has views of Gaudi Casa, and Sagrada familia. Def an upscale area and great for tourists wanting to feel safe.

Beautiful Hotel, Always a welcome from staff when entering (or leaving). Rooms were spotless. Rooftop terrace was amazing great views, lovely food excellent service , great atmosphere with classic r and b / soul music.

Perfect location , Super clean , Modern and had everything you need from a top hotel. The batroom was luxurious . walking disctance from Sagra da familia , 15 minutes walking distance from La ramblas , which was perfect as you do not want to stay near that place. The view from the hotel was fantastic. The staff at the reception were exteremely friendly , compliant and helpful. In particular Carlos - He made our trip so much better. Recommended us the best restaurants to eat and places to go. Will definitely stay again .

Some part at the work way after go out lift, if possible, make it light don't make it dark.

Very nice hotel, especially hotel's staff. Very freindly and professional in doing their job. I went their with my family for holiday. Hotel near shopping center easy to go around. I recmmended this hotel is one of the nice hotel in Barcelona.

We were on the 7th floor, which was quiet overall, though for some reason there were people on the roof top terrace working at 6am every morning. Moving tables or chairs around. We hardly heard the people at night, but the morning was louder. We did tell the front desk when we left. It really wasn’t bad enough to change rooms.

Loved the location between Casa Mila and Casa Batlo. Easy to get anywhere else in the city and plenty to do and places to eat and shop within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace was lovely! The food was good.

Bathroom badly designed and very big drawback to comfort of stay. So many silly, bad points!! Step dividing the confined area is a hazzard! Inevitable water splashing from shower stall makes the whole place messy and adds to the hazzard. Going into the toilet stall requires deft manouvering between the main door and the internal glass door, and minding the step. Flashy but flimsy cistern buttons. Why the gap between the table top and the back wall? Not hooks to hang the big towels after showering. Internal glass doors right up to ceiling also unhelpful in this regard and totally superfluous.

Location, location, location - great for shopping and access for eating out. Great breakfast spread; terrace a happy place to chill at end of day. A winning service was allowing us to store luggage several days prior to checkin. A high recommendation to friends and family. But see below.

Hallways were dark
