Apartment access codes didn’t work! Had to call property manager to even get them in the first place, and she didn’t provide them until the last minute when I contacted her again. Then we found the apartment lacking almost all of the promised amenities: toiletries, T. Paper, dishwashing cloths and soap, paper towels, and no instructions for the coffee maker and washing machine. No notes or instructions about anything at all! Worst of all: reeked of sewer gas! Property manager seemed not to care. Took 2 days to get some stuff, but only half and she never made sure it was right. Very disappointed!

We had a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom. We informed them through whatsapp and the same day there were technican & some one who cleaned our bathroom afterwards. Unfortunately the problem wasnt solved when we left Sevilla...

There was easy communication through whatsapp. They respond quite fast & friendly! The room was very clean! There was an hairdryer (my mom had her own, so eventually we did not use it) There was an tv, it was possible to see local tv & netflix!

Services great! Appart was very clean, modern and comfortable. Great advantage is an elevator. Kitchen well organized and equipped. I recommend this for families with kids as well as single visitors.

The apartments are located about 15-20mins walk from the Cathedral. A perfect spot for exploring Sevilla. Ther kitchen has stove and an oven. Refridgerator, washing machine and a rack are available, ideal for long stays. Plenty of shops and restaurants are just around the corner. The host is accomodating and helpful. Should you travel, not by car this is a good place. There is paid parking near the premise if you desire. Otherwise Sevilla offers a lot of free street parking but not near the apartments its almost impossible to get one. You have a better chance with parking near and around the Santa Justa Station and the sport grounds but thats 20-30mins walk away from the apartment. Just mind the hours of the parking restrictions if you do park on the streets.

The two sofa beds were adjacent to each other, which is worth noting for planning your sleeping arrangements. The outdoor hallway lights are extremely bright (though automatically turn off at some point in the middle of the night), so we needed to use eye masks when we first went to sleep. Kitchen was missing a dish sponge, and provided just one dishwasher pod and one laundry detergent pod.

Very communicative and helpful host. Spacious, with extra high ceilings, lots of windows and natural light. Air conditioning worked well. Kitchen almost fully stocked. Two full bathrooms with great smelling, high quality bath products. Lots of towels. Great location—on a quiet street but very close and within walking distance to popular streets.

Hi I stayed for 2 weeks 6 March to 20 March .The apartment was very noisy as all apartments have glass doors and it's a courtyard setting .Its was all marble with no softening with plants or anything so the sound ricochets around the building and the coming and going of everyone was amplified. Also the windows that look over the street have not been replaced and they're old so the noise level from the street also comes in. It's called bright and beautiful but it's very dull inside as the windows look into a very narrow courtyard and you can see into each other's apartment from the windows. The code on the front door kept failing to open it so the agent kept changing the code. For one whole weekend we had to leave the front door open as the agent said it was her weekend off and couldn't get anybody over to fix it as it was the weekend. I told her it was the mechanism and not the code and she practically told me I was a liar. She then sent us all a code to get in through the garage but mine and my neighbors phone could not download. The fact that I would not have used the garage door entrance as it was a public parking which we did not know and they could come in to the apartment building and it was dark and narrow. Finally on Monday morning the front door was fixed but we were still nervous that it wouldn't open so we each have our phone number that if we were stuck they would come and open the door if they were there which was a real pain . At first I thought the agent was nice and then I realized she was totally unprofessional and every time you asked a question you got a different answer. The thing I could not understand was on her day off which of course she's entitled to there should have been somebody else taking up her job. As far as I know there's just her boss and her running the agency and he never contacted us.

I liked the close proximity to the Town center which was probably a 10-minute walk.

The whole complex is very tired, dated and has an air of being unloved. We stayed at the complex 4 years ago and saw a definite decline. Our apartment was on the top floor and when we arrived the lift was out of order and we had not been informed. My husband who is 74 and in ill health had to carry our cases up the stairs. Although the apartment is well equipped the toaster cable had been burned and live wires were showing, the kettle heating element was full of limescale which we tried to clean without success, the iron had also been burned which we were able to clean. I feel these issues should have been picked up by housekeeping or maintenance. Every evening after returning to the apartment from a long day sightseeing there was a problem with the WiFi which made it difficult to watch TV, I contacted the host several times but the problem was never resolved. On our last day the host contacted me in the morning when the WiFi was working to ask what time we were leaving I informed them of the time and also mentioned my concerns about my husband having to carry the cases down the stairs. We went out for the day and when we returned the WiFi was down again. When I returned to my home and connected to the internet the host had kindly offered to assist with our cases but I got the message obviously too late. I did contact them and explained why I had not responded and that I appreciated the offer of help

The location is close to everything. The area although close to many bars was very peaceful. The apartment was well equipped.

The location and the apartment were really great. However finding the carpark and actually opening it were a long, slow, difficult pain. It could easily be improved with more explanations. Overall though, a great place to stay. Just ask for very clear instructions in your choice of language before you arrive by car.

The kitchen could have had an automatic coffee machine (instead it only had a stove-top expresso maker), salt-pepper & sugar. Freezer needs to be defrosted (barely room for anything to fit because of thick frost).

Apartment location is excellent - about one block from Alameda Hercules (a vibrant social area with lots of restaurants, outdoor markets & street performers in the evening). Apartment was clean & comfortable.

Clearer instruction on how to identify and access car park would be helpful. It would be easier for guests with a car to be told to access and park first, and then simply go up stairs from the car park to the apartment.

Brilliant location and car parking was a bonus.

It was a farther walk into the cathedral than I realized. It was not so far that I would get a taxi, but with the cobblestone streets, it made for tiring walk.

The rooftop terrace didn't really look like on the pictures (there were no chairs at all), and there was a certain sewer smell coming from the bathroom, (most likely a piping problem, because the bathroom itself was clean like the rest of the house).

Central location in an interesting residential area, with most sights in walking distance. As for the apartment, I loved almost everything about it, it was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The contactless check-in went smooth as well.

The host was terrible and the room was really dirty, at first they confirmed parking and the next day it was full, after hours of calling they had a spot again. Would not recommend going here.
