Breakfast was not great. we appreciated the variety, but the quality was not as expected, especially the fruit.

It has a good location and has excellent staff. Everyone working in this structure is very kind and ready to help. We particularly appreciated the possibility of benefiting from a courtesy room because our plane was scheduled to depart late in the afternoon, and we wanted to enjoy the sea a bit more. The courtesy room is a completely equipped room where guests who have already checked out can shower and relax a bit before leaving, The hotel is near all the major features of Adeje, and many restaurants and shops are within walking g distance. The structure is new, with many facilities. I appreciated the two extra sets of towels for going to the beach or relaxing in the pool.

The cleaning was alright, sometimes it was still a bit dirty after someone came and cleaned during the day.

I loved the staff and the vibe. The location of the hotel was perfect. The rooms were spacious and the outdoor patio was the best, with regular chairs and a table and then also two sun loungers which was perfect. The room had a mini fridge and the beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast repeats, no new things to eat. Some spreads would be fine. Oriented for older clients. Barmans on pool were little bit bored. No fun equipment or evening program.

It says that you can’t reserve sun beds but people still did it which is a little annoying

This is an amazing hotel. The staff are incredible and really go the extra mile, very attentive at meal times. The rooms are lovely and have a great walk in wardrobe (I would love one at home). There’s also a fridge and kettle in the room which are very handy. The TV also had all the English channels. The shower was wonderful. The best bit are the pools, it’s nice to have a choice of two and they are never too busy. There are lots of sunbeds around the pools although sometimes you have to be quick to get the one you want. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and they were always topping it up with fresh stuff. The dinner was equally good and there was lovely evening entertainment including a saxophone player and singers.

Recently home after a super week’s stay at this lovely hotel - an oasis of calm and relaxation! Everything was wonderful, comfortable well equipped rooms, excellent food, drinks and facilities and nothing to find any fault with. Highly recommended.

Everything especially the staff who are wonderful, they definitely make you feel at home. The hotel is beautiful and has a lovely outside pool area with loungers. Nightly entertainment was superb, and the breakfast was varied to cater for all tastes
