This time the room was expensive for the size of room However it was a weekend, high season and at the start of San Sebastian film festival so not surprising and to be honest I would.not have minded except that the room was very hot and the air conditioning seemed to have no effect at all despite unseasonably cool weather. A real shame. As we were only one night it did not seem worthwhile to comment to management.

This was my second time at the hotel in 2 months. The location is fantastic and the staff are wonderful. Very kind and helpful. I also really appreciated the private parking as we were travelling with bicycles

Excellent location. 5 minute walk from beach and 20min walk along promenade to Old Town. Staff were exceptional, offering advice and assistance for first time visitors to San Sebastian. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet for a good night's sleep. We booked 2 Triple rooms for 2 parents and 3 older teenagers. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is super convenient. Inspite of high peak summer, managed to easily find street parking nearby. The staff is super kind and efficient.

Wifi was spotty. Only 8 parking spots so we didn’t get to park at the hotel, but it was really expensive to do so anyways.

Cafeteria/bar area has a very sterile look to it, almost like a hospital waiting room. I avoided it entirely.

Solid, clean and modern hotel with good facilities. It is a bit farther away from Old Town, but has a beach close to it and the neighborhood around it is much more local and has its own character that many might miss if they stay closer to the city center. Service there was solid, I was helped and everything was smooth if I needed something. Usually only one person working the front desk so you might need to wait a bit to get some attention. I rented a beach towel for an afternoon and it was nice. Room was solid with a working AC and comfy bed.

Room very small if you have two suitcases

Love the location such a beautiful area. Bus stop right outside and city is very walkable. Good bathroom. The lady at the desk was very nice and friendly and helpful to me when my suitcase was lost by the airline I really appreciate her help. There was Lollies and lemon water available to guests.

easy to check in. Room was very comfortable, and quiet with a sea view. We requested 2 rooms close together. and were given rooms side by side. The location was great and nice to visit local bars and tavernas close by as an alternative tot he touristy old town. Easy walk along the beach front into the main town - approx 20minutes. Good parking nearby. Free after 2pm on Saturday and all day Sunday

It’s next to a busy street so it won’t be completely quiet, but you are in the city though.

The breakfast room is small. The staff was very busy with cleaning the tables and refilling the buffet.

Our trible bedroom has large space and a nice view to the beach side of the city. The beds were comfortable and king size.

Quite basic accommodation for cost, very closed in breakfast room which was a shame as breakfast was ok, terrible positioning of bathroom items ( bidet and loo roll holder ).

Great position ( next to beautiful beach and approx 25 mins walk into city round the bays), good parking facilities, lovely Argentinian lady on reception ( very friendly and helpful), comfy bed.
