Bathroom needs an upgrade My bedroom which had a sliding door that wouldn't stay shut, so every night I had to wedge it shut.. The bathroom sockets wernt working. Not enough parking spaces

The apartment is a generous size, bigger than most, but the bathrooms could do with an upgrade, though they are perfectly acceptable..The outside pool area is lovely we used it nearly everyday we were there.. The staff were wonderful and very friendly.. I would definitely stay there again.. Thanks for a great few days away..

Windows rattled quite a bit when it was windy.

Matteo was so nice and helpful. The 2 bed accommodation was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen was basic enough but had everything we needed. Location is fantastic for exploring Cala Llonga or Ibiza.

We really enjoyed our stay, so these are only minor issues, but there were a few things that could be improved. The toilet seat didn't stay up by itself.....when the kettle boiled, it didn't switch off automatically (making the handle very hot!), the wi-fi was weak in our room. We also couldn't get any tv signal when we tried this (we maybe didn't understand how to do this - i was trying to watch football and rugby !!). The bar next door opens late and there was noise from this. We learned to close our windows and use the ceiling fans which was better :-)

The pool was great! Our two kids (13 and 11) both loved it, and so did we. Its really clean and a good size and depth, with good seating and sunbeds around it. The astro-turf surface around the pool is also really safe. The location of the apartments is great too, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a supermarket and restaurants even closer! The apartments were spacious and clean, including the balcony which had a sturdy table, enough chairs and an retractable roof if needed. The hosts were very friendly, smiling and waving each day and provided really helpful communication before arriving and ahead of our checkout. Cala Llonga is a beautiful resort too, especially the beach/bay area.

We could hear the guests late at night next to us but with ear plugs it was easy to cut out the noise and sleep.

We loved the little town, and the apartment was perfectly located to easily walk or drive to different coves and beaches around the area. The guy on reception was really friendly and helpful. The apartment was basic and thats what we expected as we reserved the basic option - it was clean, and was great location for a place to sleep and explore the area.

The room was a double and sofa bed for our teenager. She reported that it wasn't too comfy. We had a tiny balcony large enough for a clothes airer only.

The pool was gorgeous and very important as it was so humid. The aircon was perfect for the hot weather. The host was impeccable, nothing was too much bother for him. He looked things up, ordered us a taxi to the airport on departure and stayed in the reception until he knew we were safely departed. All commications were via whatsapp, which was easy to manage with the WiFi. The apartments were quiet in the evenings. The local tavernas, supermarkets and bars were in close proximity. All locals were friendly and hospitable.

We booked last minute and knowingly opted for the final room which was a bunk bed room. We knew that was the case and the room was fully functional and clean but I'd say the room was far more dated that the pictures online for the other rooms. I want to state - It did not spoil our holiday at all! (after all, the room is just where we sleep and it was clean and tidy) but that room didn't have the same look as the photos. This room just needs a refurb at some point.

Staff were brilliant - accessible most of the day and when they weren't onsite they were very responsive via WhatsApp! The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was also super clean and beautiful! The hotel is within 100m of taxi rank and probably a 5 -7 Min walk to Cala Llonga beach. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN IN FUTURE!!! :-)

The property was amazing we stayed in apartment 5 and it was so private. the apartment was clean and had all the facilities needed. we travelled as a party of 2 adults and 4 children 8-12yr olds. The pools was lovely and clean although little cold but that’s expected this time of year. it’s close to beach and summer market. Staff are amazing always saying hello and happy to help. We def will be returning.

Beds shook when someone got in or out or turned over. I missed the coffee machine that was advertised.

Lovely place overall. Check in was quite stressful as the owner wanted an exact time and I couldn't give him one. Apartment was nice, with decent kitchen. bathroom was lovely. It was cleaned regularly which was great. Great location in a lovely town. Recommended, with some caveats.

The lack of aircon was a bit of an issue at night as it was exceptionally warm and a fan just didn't do the job of cooling the room down.

Loved the location, the size of the two bedroom property was great, lovely swimming pool and friendly, helpful hosts.

The room we stayed in was a dorm, meant for four people in total. It was very clean, there was air conditioning available and we had access to a lovely pool and outdoor area all day! The staff was extremely attentive and kind to us during our stay and were a great help in poiting us to good places to visit. All in all, exceeding our expectations for a hostel by far!
