Good choice of food which changes everyday; very close and beautiful, sandy beach; programe filled with variety of sport and entertainment activities for adults, teenagers and kids. Spacious rooms; staff and reception were very helpful and friendly to all guests. For example, we had a problem with drain in our hotel bathroom and it was solved within that day. Internet could be faster.

There were a few hairs in the bathroom when we arrived, which is never nice. Our room key didn't work when we first arrived, which happens, but this involved 3 trips back and forth to reception before they eventually got maintenance to come and check and then issue us a new key. Also, there's not much to do at all in the area. There was a Mercodona we walked to and a nice beach bar, but that's it. It was okay for us, as we were only there for a few days and would also be okay if you don't have any intention of leaving the hotel grounds at all but it suprised me how little there was around, just other hotels.

The pool was nice and so was the beach that you had direct access to from the back of the pool. There were drinks taps to help yourself dotted around which kept queues at the bar to a minimum. There was a decent amount of choice on the buffet, but the a la carte restaurants had to be booked two days in advance, so we didn't have the chance to try them.

There is no food available between 11:00 and 13:30 at the pool bars. Between 16:30 and 18:30 neither.

The location is excellent. The food is very nice and tasty although sometimes was salty. We were at private lodge and the infinity pool was amazing. The private zone, only for adults, was very quite and peaceful.

That guests are "reserving" the pool beds by placing their towels beforehand and leaving for breakfast. Eventhou the signs are clearly stating, that it is not allowed.

Cleaning was horrible. No hovering, just spreading the dirt with a mop around the room, so sand and hair stays there forever. Sandy sheets are also the case.

The entertainment staff was great. Both kids and adults were happy. We tried a lot of sport - archery, pilates, yoga, water-polo it all was good. Kids club is amazing opened for kids 3+. We also liked food very much.

The number of tennis classes decreased vs last years. I’ve witness a couple of employees being rude to tourists. In the pool (behind the bar/restaurant) there were lots of tiles missing, in an area where babies and young kids are playing. The programme of the nursery/kids entertainment club changed from previous years and became very restrictive for kids (who do not want to stay there without parents), and for parents who are not allowed inside. It used to be a great play area with options for kids to play some games, participate in some crafting activities, play in the garden with balls, bikes. It was disappointing to see that this is no longer available.

A great resort, offering a lot of options for pool / seaside, food, drinks, etc Loved the live bands in the evenings.

Outdated gym. No treadmill. Some other devices were not working. As we chose this hotel because of sports activities, this was very disappointing. Kids' playground was also too simple. Public ones in Fuerteventura cities are better. I think this hotel is renovating (one pool was closed for maintenance), so it will be better in the future.

The food was better than expected. The room was big and comfortable. The flowers, trees, and views are incredible. Very nice stairs to the ocean. Just fix the things that are not working and it will be great hotel.

Room furnishings are old and outdated. Traveling as a couple, no kids, maybe look elsewhere. Buffet dining situation like being on a large cruise ship.

The Private Lodge setup was very nice. Concierge area. Two pools. Quiet. Otherwise, extensive property with lots to do. Direct access to a beautiful beach.

We are visitng this hotel for almost 9 years. Unfortunatelly this year we had 2 complains. First was probably understaff in the main restaurant. So they kept closed apx 1/4 of the restaurant, so you had to circle for several minutes to find a table. Also this year the table tennis was moved to different location. This hotel has great sport facilities where you can really enjoy sport. But one of the table tennis was moved from it´s "secure" location where you can play undisturbed. Hopefully it will be moved back!

The beds (annoyingly two single beds attached, and we are a couple) were really unconfortable. We asked for toppers which considerably improved the situation. Wifi doesn't work very well.

Very good food, overall nice resort, lots of activities and sport included. We really enjoyed the restaurants that could be booked as part of the all inclusive. I am celiac and the restaurant staff was very helpful to accommodate my gluten free dietary requirements which I really appreciated.

Not setup for vegetarians at all. Very little in the way of labelling and everything side by side mixed in e.g. meat pizzas cut and served with same implements etc. That said, after a learning curve there is lots of nice fresh fruit, vegetables and salad etc to choose from.
